STOCKTON, CA –
On Friday morning, the Stockton Diocese settled a lawsuit against Fr. Michael Kelly, for 3.7 million, according to the spokesman for the Diocese. Fr. Kelly was found liable last week for a child sex abuse case, and he fled to Ireland this week. This case was a highly disputed case, and many supporters of the priest were very vocal during the last month about their belief that the current Pastor of St. Joachims, in Lockeford, was not only innocent; but he was a target of a plaintiff who had “false memorys” and was fabricating a tale for money.
The case will have a far reaching impact, as it was a case of highly disputed “repressed memory”, claimed by the victim, Z7 John Doe, represented by attorney John Manly.
Fr. Kelly had sent a letter to Bishop Blaire of Stockton a few days ago, complaining that he had stomach problems because of the trial, and he disappeared shortly afterwords. Cardinal Roger Mahony, who was the Bishop of the Diocese of Stockton at the time of the abuse 25 years ago, was expected to take the stand this week, and the church apparently was doing some damage control, before Cardinal Mahony was due to testify. Mahony had been suspected of shuffling Fr. Kelly in the Diocese, and the accusation, if proven in court, would have been devastating to the church. Mahony had previously been accused of transporting infamous serial molester Fr. Oliver O’Grady in the same diocese, and a past lawsuit accusing Mahony and the diocese for the same activity had resulted in a 30 million dollar court judgment the diocese.
This case may very well affect similar cases in California and other states, as it will set a precedent for jury trial decisions in repressed memory claims of child sex abuse. The jury had decided by unanimous decision in favor of the plaintiff in the case, and this fact can additionally influence public opinion on the subject.
In the meantime, Cardinal Mahony, who retired last year, has once again escaped further scrutiny on the witness stand, which may have produced further evidence of other implications of wrongdoings by the notorius cleric. The Diocese of Los Angeles, had also settled a 660 million dollar settlement for 500 plaintiffs a few years ago, while Cardinal Mahony was the top catholic hierarchy figure there.
Victims advocates were proud of the plaintiff in this case, as it was difficult for him to re-live the trauma of the abuse, and the court process was controversial. “Hopefully this settlement will inspire other victims of clergy abuse to come forward, as there are many other alleged victims who suffer in the Diocese of Stockton in silence, and have never sought justice for the crimes committed against them”, said North Cal leader of SNAP- The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests”. -Ibid – Joey Piscitelli

Fr. Michael Kelly, accused molester, who bombarded the Superior Court in Stockton, California very recently, along with dozens of his glassy eyed groupies and supporters all month, has skipped out!
Of shock to no one with conscience, the pedophile priest was found guilty, by a 12 to 0 slam dunk by a jury trial- who took record short time to reach the guilty verdict without blinking.
After the dramatic rehearsed court showing of his adamant, relentless cries of innocence and sheer martyrdom, Kelly has fled to Ireland, with a “tummy ache.” Yes, a “tummy ache”. No surprise there. He bolted like a coward, heading for his Irish homeland and ignoring his subpoena – and the law; like thousands of guilty catholic clergymen who preceeded him.
Right when a rapidly dwindling few were thinking maybe, just maybe – the Catholic Church is starting to clean up their act, and become accountable….they throw the holy crap back in our face. This latest manure soaked pedo-story goes like this; Fr. Michael Kelly, pastor at St. Joachim’s in Lodi, California, (of course a place with children), was sued, along with the Diocese of Stockton for the usual clergy child abuse accusations. I don’t recommend you Google- “clergy abuse”, I don’t think they can handle over a trillion hits.
But this case was a high profile case, because the victim, John Doe, was a highly decorated war veteran pilot from Afghanistan, who had “repressed memory”. The victim recalled later on in his life, that 25 years ago in the 1980’s, that Fr. Kelly molested him. A suit was filed recently against Fr. Kelly and the Diocese of Stockton for negligent child sex abuse. The Diocese of Stockton is by no means a stranger to rancid clergy abuse cases and cover-ups.
Flocks of Fr. Kelly’s devout sheeples, emerged in droves to support the accused molester, which is all too typical in these cases, and they were belligerent, obnoxious, and ready to draw blood for their cause. The saber toothed sheeples relentlessly spewed venom at the child abuse victims advocates who appeared at the court; as Fr. kelly’s groupies idolized the guilty cleric blindly. Those sheeples blinders are probably well worn out in the diocese of Stockton by now.
The trial took two weeks, and the Catholic Church produced dozens of well paid psychological experts to refute “repressed memory”, and to belittle and rip apart the victim, without mercy. After counting their money, the church’s “experts” apparantly disappeared – most probably in anticipation for the next circus; and the next check from the church for their all too familiar, babbling, rehearsed expert testimonials.
Fortunately, the victim was strong, intelligent, and had the truth on his side- something the Catholic Church Molestation Machine constantly seems to overlook in these cases. After all, the church has enjoyed the dodging of clergy abuse convictions for centuries, it’s going to take a while for reality to to completely set in.
After the jury guilty verdict, the second phase of the trial was supposed to start. This means that the Diocese was going to take the stand, and the jury would determine just how negligent the diocese was for allowing Fr. Kelly to be around children, and decide on an award for the plaintiff.
But Fr. Kelly, unbeknownst to Bishop Blaire of Stockton, suddenly vanished! Wink. Wink.
The disgraced priest left a teary eyed note to the Bishop, and said basically that he bolted because he had a belly ache, and he felt sorry for himself. Imagine that. And apparently he didn’t apologize to the victim, he spewed the usual “I’m the victim priest” letter of self indulgent pity, and completed the clerical lack of remorse routine like a pro. But the Bishop, being obviously educated about clergy pedophiles reputations by now, kept the good bye letter in tact, but must have forgot to keep the priest in tact. Wink. Wink.
Fr. Kelly was supposed to take the stand again shortly, to face his accusers attorney, and now the Bishop of Stockton has to make sad Catholic hierarchy faces and apologize. But Bishop Blaire and the diocese are well seasoned veterans now after being sued regularly, and losing; and the diocese fortunately has plenty of well scripted comments in it’s files to accommodate every negligent occasion.

I should have seen that coming a long time ago. I should have been ready to answer my daughter. But there I was, looking down into those little brown eyes, staring at the frown on her pretty little forehead, and I was lost. But not for a few seconds, like I typically was when she surprised me with her other kiddie questions. I was looking through her, into the background of trees behind her, into an abyss, that silent place in time that doesn’t exist.
I wasn’t trying to figure out how to answer her, I was trying to figure out why she asked me that question. Why did she say the word – rape? Where did she hear that?
Did she know what it meant? And the worst question that tore through my mind that instant – did she really know who I was; and what had happened to me when I was a child? I wanted to hide, but I couldn’t. I had to be brave.
I tried so hard to stay there, with her, while she stared up at me, and I felt myself leaving the earth instead. I wanted to stay with her so much, to answer her question, like a Daddy should. A strong dad…a smart dad…a wise dad. The daddy she was used to.
But I was failing. I knew I was going to that place, that bad place – where I go involuntarily when I get triggered. Where I go when I have those nightmares, those intrusive thoughts; that place that’s dark and creepy, that place where I have died so many times.
She began to disappear, my little girl, and fade into the background, and I was unable to see or hear her anymore; the curtain of trauma had isolated us both, and I was alone somewhere that I’ll never take her to see.
I was back in the dark room with the priest, when I was a young puppet, and the echoes of pain were bouncing off the walls, and Jesus had fallen from his cross. The shiny cross around the priest’s neck glistened in the dark, while the monster took my soul with him to hell. I heard a sound in the distance, and I groped in the dark room to reach toward it, but the monster wouldn’t let me go. My daughter was crying for her daddy to come back, the sound was faint, but I knew she was out there somewhere in the dark clouds; it was just too difficult to see.
I realized I had been gone for hours, or was it just seconds? And my daughter was tugging at my shirt.
She woke me from the stupor, “Daddy, why do priests rape little kids?”
My eyes may have been wide open the whole time, I really don’t know, but I looked toward her as if she were going to fade away again.
I screamed loudly at her in a rage:
“Because they’re sick fucking monsters with no conscience, and they don’t believe in their phony God, who does nothing to save the kids they destroy, and they don’t care about how much pain they cause, and I hope they all burn in hell!”
My little girl looked up at me with concern and said, “Daddy, why are you so quiet, you never answered my question?”
I realized then, that I really hadn’t answered her, that I had imagined that I screamed; and I was fortunate enough to have left her when I visited that place in hell, and she would never know.
“Hug daddy, and I want you to know I love you”, I said. “We’ll talk about this later, when daddy is ready”.
I took her little hand in mine, and I walked slowly through the garden with her.
“The flowers are so pretty this time of year, aren’t they sweety?”
“They sure are daddy” she responded.
I bent down on my knees and looked into her bright brown eyes, and I held her tightly and whispered,
“I love you , and I want you to promise daddy you will never be alone with a priest”.
“I won’t daddy “ she smiled, “I love you too”.

What’s a fool? The dictionary defines it as ; “A person lacking in judgment; one who is victimized; or made to appear foolish; a harmlessly deranged person lacking in understanding; a jester; clown,” etc.
And today happens to be “April Fools Day,” which Wiki defines as a day when people play jokes, hoaxes, and foolishness on one another. Practical jokes are played on friends, family, teachers, colleagues, etc. The person who the hoax is played on, or is fooled, is often called a victim.
When the hoax is successfully played on the victim, then the event can be concluded by saying “April Fool!” And this tradition can be celebrated by all involved in the hoax; to laugh, and share in the merriment of the foolish experience.
No harm done.
Well, maybe. That’s up to interpretation and argument, like everything else. Sometimes, people do not like to be the recipient of a hoax, or to be made a fool by a person who was successful in taking advantage of their trust – as in the definition of a fool as “a person lacking in judgement; or one who is victimized”.
In that sense, I believe, that I am a fool- because that definition haunts me.
I was the victim of a hoax years ago, and I’m reminded of that almost everyday of my life. Especially today, when being a fool is commemorated. I’m still trying to figure out who was it that played the hoax on me. Was it God? Was it the Catholic Church? Was it my belief that priests are the representatives of God on this earth? Or was it myself?
Perhaps it was all of the above. The hoax was complicated.
You see, I was born and raised Catholic, and I had been programmed to believe that God was everywhere, and that he protected me, and that priests were the closest men on earth to God, and that the world was a safe place for me as a child. So I was a happy, fun loving kid, and April Fools Day was something to look forward to. It was a day of clowning, and joking, and nobody was really hurt, because the hoax always ended in a laugh. I was always excited to be the victim in an April Fools antic.
But April Fools day turned ugly for me when I least expected it to. The hoax that was played on me when I was very young was a religious hoax. The man who made me the victim of the hoax was a priest. He molested me, and abused me, for two years, and Aprils Fools day turned out to be two years of hell; and nobody laughed -like in the good old days in my early childhood.
So am I a – “fool, a victim, or a person lacking in understanding and judgment?”
The dictionary does not define the fool as a “survivor.” I was hoping it would. I’m still trying to figure out if God thought it was funny, or if the Catholic church is so fond of April Fools pranks that they prolonged the taking advantage of the vulnerable child-mark theme for decades; and this was part of a permanent commemoration.
The perpetrator priest never said “Happy April Fools Day”, nor did any of his superiors, so I would imagine that the hoax isn’t over yet. They’ve never apologized for making me the recipient of the hoax, so I haven’t been able to laugh about it yet. I know sometimes, when an April Fools prank goes bad, the jesters apologize to the victims, and they say they were sorry, that it was “just a joke”. But since that never happened, I’m wondering if that two years of April Fools Day will ever go away for me. And I’ve met hundreds of other victims of the same hoax, and none of them think that it was funny either.
Looking back now, I can admit that I have never gone to church since that horrible time in my life, and I’m still waiting for the prank to end; the nightmares, the depression, the anxiety, the insomnia- all the results of the hoax played on me by the priest, and his fellow conspirators in the Catholic church in the great prank.
And God, if you’re really there, I have something to tell you. And it’s not Happy April Fools day.
It’s this: “Your Catholic Church’s Hoax is a Disaster”.

The San Francisco Appellate Court handed an undeserved victory yesterday to representatives of the lowest form of human debauchery- the sex abusers of children. That victory is also shared by the corrupt entity who deliberately allowed those child molesters and rapists to commit egregious crimes against those innocent children.
The Supreme Appellate Court reversed an opinion by the lower appeals court, which would allow 6 brothers who were molested by a known serial rapist priest, to be able to sue the church that deliberately enabled that molester priest to ravage those kids.
The entity who spent millions of dollars to fight the 6 innocent victims of the admitted serial rapist Fr. Don Broderson, -the entity that claims it has changed it’s policy and protects children- the entity that apologizes all over the planet for it’s negligence and heinous violation of innocent children for decades, is of course -the Catholic Church.
There’s no spin-doctoring here, the fact is that the Catholic Church and it’s lawyers dipped into their endless pocket of their almighty stash of cash, and placed no limit on how much they would pay to fight the six kids that were destroyed by one of their infamous serial rapists. To make matters more despicable, the Catholic church knew that the perpetrator was a serial molester, and allowed him to continue his debased perverted acts for years, without warning to unsuspecting families.
If we were to believe that the Catholic Church, and the Pope, were truly sorry for the destruction they have caused for at least the last 50 years to tens of thousands of kids, then the church and it’s representatives would not wage an unconscionable war against the abuse victims, and then happily gloat because they have manipulated the court into joining them in the further abuse of the already thrashed rape victims.
As they say, the proof is in the pudding. And in this case, the proof is in the vicious onslaught against the already wounded. And the war against child victims by the Catholic church has become the new standard of the hierarchy and the Pope; all one has to do is look at the actions the church has taken this year.
From the loud obnoxious bragging by Bill Donahue of the Catholic League, to the arrogant actions of the popes multi-million dollar bus loads of lawyers in California who pervert the justice system- for their cause of escaping the deserved compensation of the churches child victims, we witness the history of the Catholic churches continuous diabolical behavior. The church has even attacked SNAP- “The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests”, in the hopes of stopping more victims from seeking help.
And as the Pope rides down the streets in his bulletproof car, undaunted by the behavior of his legal team of sociopaths, he waves to the crowds as though he actually believes he represents God. Delusion has taken on a whole new dimension.
There is no passage in the christian bible that says: “The catholic church shall rape thousands of children, and the law shall allow the debauchery, and the church shall escape justice, and spread the word of Christ.”
“And so it is written, that the Catholic Church shall then gloat”.
As responsible human beings on this planet, we owe it to protect our vulnerable children, and to stand in solidarity to those whose lives have been destroyed in the past by these so called “men of the cloth”; those hypocrites who collect priceless art, gold, and mountains of cash, in the name of the Lord. The golden cash cow they worship has now expanded in a herd of golden lawyers.
Although the bolt of lightning from heaven has not struck the Supreme Court; or struck the Catholic hierarchy who have manipulated it, we are left to ponder that age old question: “Is there no God?”

A major setback for child abuse victims was decided today by the Supreme Appellate Court in San Francisco. This decision will have a crucial effect on not only the plaintiffs in this case, but numerous child sex abuse victims cases throughout the State of California. The legal representative of the plaintiffs in this case was the Zalkin Law Firm of San Diego, California.
Originally, the lawsuit known as “Quarry Doe 1 vs. Oakland Diocese”, case # HG0731364, was initially filed by the Quarry brothers, 6 alleged victims of admitted serial Molester Fr. Don Broderson, a priest who was employed by the Oakland Diocese.
The 6 brothers filed suit in Alameda County Court in 2007 against the Bishop of Oakland, alleging molestation at the hands of Fr. Broderson, but the lower court dismissed the case, stating that the California statute of limitations allowed only a one year window in 2003 to file a claim for sex abuse that was previously barred by the statute. The Bishop of Oakland was represented by Stephen McFeely, of Foley and Lardner, from Los Angeles, California.
The Zalkin firm, representing the Quarry brothers, appealed to the First Appellate court, Division Four, case # A120448 and stated that the California legislature had intended to allow victims who did not make a connection between their earlier sex abuse, and their later after effects of the abuse as adults, to file a lawsuit within 3 years of discovery of that connection. They said the one year window in 2003 did not apply to victims who made a connection to sex abuse after they had reached the age of 26, and were later suffering from the discovered after effects of the abuse. (Civil Code section 340.1)
The First Appellate court agreed with the lawyers representing the Quarry brothers, and overturned the lower courts decision, and reinstated the case. The Bishop of Oakland responded by filing an appeal to the Supreme Appellate Court on August 11, 2009, case # S171382, reiterating it’s claim that the Quarry brothers were barred by the statute of limitations again.
Today the Supreme Court has overturned the lower appellate courts decision, and the
6 Quarry brothers cannot continue their case against the Bishop of Oakland, regarding their alleged molestation by Fr. Broderson. Broderson had previously admitted that he molested the Quarry brothers in a deposition in 2005.
This decision is expected to have far reaching implications, and is being watched carefully by attorneys and Dioceses; and by interested parties that this decision may affect, all over the State. The Supreme Court’s Case Information website lists several “Amicus curiae” or “friends of the court”, who are named, including:
The Boy Scouts of America, The California Association of Private School Organizations, the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, the Masonic Homes of California, the Order of Carmalites, the Order of the Friar Servants of Mary, the Province of the Most Pure Heart of Mary, the Roman Catholic Dioceses/Bishops of San Francisco, Sacramento, Stockton, Los Angeles, and several insurance companies.
What is disappointing about this decision to child sex abuse victims- especially in this particular case, is the fact that Fr. Donald Broderson is an admitted sex offender, the church acknowledges he molested the boys; yet the church spent a significant amount of money to have the case dismissed on technicalities concerning that statute of limitations.
The Catholic church has been successful in having numerous cases of clergy child sex abuse tossed out of court on the statute of limitations, which speaks volumes about the the empirical morality of the church, and the real intentions of it’s hierarchy.
The Pope has apologized many times for the actions of abuse by his clergy all over the planet; but actions speak louder than words. As the Roman Catholic church is a multi-billion dollar entity, and the richest church on earth, wouldn’t it seem just and prudent for the Catholic church to compensate known victims who have suffered the long term effects of their negligence? This latest action of the church seems to be a testament to their treatment of those known victims; as this is not a case of repressed memory, or false allegations. This case is not only an admitted case of multiple crimes of clergy abuse by the priest himself, but verification by church officials that the priest was in fact a serial molester – which shreds the question of whether or not the church resists true accountability, and responsibility.
The church is not a winner here- certainly not in a religious sense, and not in a moral sense by any means. It is a participant in the continued abuse of clergy abuse victims,
and a profiteer at the expense of innocent children who have been violated, with the cooperation of a “duly narrow” judgment by a supreme court who has failed to bring justice to the oppressed.
Perhaps the deserved compensation to the 6 unfortunate victims of child sex abuse by the admitted serial molester Fr. Donald Broderson, which should have brought justice and accountability to the forefront, will now be spent on more Golden tiaras, and Prada shoes.

RE: St. Luke’s Treatment Center, Fr. Stephen Rossetti, Child Rapists

Dear Law Enforcement Officials,
My name is Joey Piscitelli, and I am a clergy abuse victims advocate. As you may be aware, the State of Illinois recently convicted a famous Jesuit serial rapist named Fr. Donald McGuire, for transporting minors across State lines, and intercontinentally, for the purpose of child sex abuse. McGuire had even taken his child victims to Mother Teresa’s Missionary in Calcutta India, for the intentional commission of deviant sexual crimes, undaunted, and irrespective of the possibility of any criminal consequences.
The reason I have contacted you, is because the McGuire crimes, and many others like it, by other catholic priests, were known to exist between now and 25 years ago in Maryland, where they were systematically and intentionally concealed. Uncountable Catholic priests crimes were cleverly and deliberately hidden from law enforcement by well educated men employed by the Roman Catholic Church to dupe you, the Federal Law Enforcement officials; whom hundreds of thousands of Americans rely on to thwart organized criminals from committing these egregious premeditated crimes.
The substantiation of my allegations exists within the walls of St. Luke’s Institute, Silver Spring, Maryland, a supposed rehabilitation center for “medical treatment” of clergy who had “abuse” problems with minors. The rape of children is not a medical problem, it is a felonious crime, and the misleading labeling of known sexual rapist information by the catholic clergy who hid these files from you under the guise of labeling them as “medical problems” is a calculated, deliberate -and successful scheme by these educated men to aid the rapist clergy criminals in escaping justice.
Fortunately the State of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Homeland Security recognized that the serial rapist Fr. McGuire was a criminal, and not just merely a person with “medical problems”, and convicted him for what he was : a felon with no conscience.
Which brings me to the point. Fr. Stephen Rossetti, the CEO of St. Luke’s, has “treated” several hundred of these similar clever rapist escapists within the last 20 years, and most, if not all of them have escaped justice, as did McGuire, until McGuire’s recent conviction. Fr. Rossetti admits to the so called treatment, and also states he had no obligation to report the horrendous rapes of children, if he called the files on these rapists :“medical treatment”. He blames this on the DA of the State of Maryland, whom he conveniently accuses of shielding the so called “medical information” of the hundreds of child rapists who have been at his former facility.
Fr. McGuire was not convicted by the courts for “medical reasons”. He was convicted for felony rape, as he should have been. Why is it, that St. Luke’s Institute, and the clever escape artists advocate Fr. Rossetti, and others like him, who aided and abetted hundreds of child rapists like McGuire, are still able to dodge justice for their crimes and activities? By merely labeling obvious criminal information as “medical”?
Several hundred , if not thousands of child victims have been raped by clergy who hide within the files and walls of St. Luke’s Institute, and the unconscionable Phd’s, and clever men who mislabeled their files, and became self professed judges and jury of these rapists, continue to escape the justice system – relaxed, and uncaring, and unpunished.
McGuire’s conviction should be a precedent, and a wake up call to officials in Maryland, that the question of whether the information at St. Luke’s is protected under the medical information laws, as clearly, in Illinois, the federal courts recognize child rape as a crime. It is a crime that should have been reported, and not a condition that should be exempt from the justice system; and is cured with therapy and aspirin.

Sincerely,
Joey Piscitelli -A concerned child victims advocate

Just when I was absolutely sure that I had heard every bizarre story that could possibly emanate from the Vatican, the Catholic hierarchy blows my mind again. The latest antic that arguably may validate the alleged escalation of the ludicrous conduct of the kingpin of the catholic church, Mr. Ratzinger, aka- Pope Benedict- has surfaced. The Pope, who has actually been accused several times of shuffling and covering up for clergy molesters and rapists himself, is commissioning a new perfume scent; while tens of thousands of rape victims in his molestation inundated empire are suffering globally from the life long after-effects of the criminal conduct of thousands of his “employees.”
Although I have given up looking for a rational explanation of why the countless atrocities against innocent children by professed catholic “men of god” have occurred for centuries, I was still under the impression that justice will eventually find it’s way to the forefront, and bombard the mammoth molestation empire as a result of an atomic explosion of deserved Karma.
Instead, I was flabbergasted yet again with information that seems as though it was invented to replace taking hallucinatory drugs; recent news that negatively alters my hopes that possibly the Roman Catholic Church may recover and improve it’s perception of spiritual reality- as opposed to eccentricity.
Silvana Casoli, famous Italian perfumer, has been commissioned by the ostentatious octogenarian leader of the untouchable antiquated Patriarchy; to aid the Pompous Papa to flaunt his own scent.
Yes, you read that correctly. The Monarch of the Molestation Machine wants people to pay to smell him; or smell like him.
Although this newly proposed “pope-puree” may prove popular with a certain cliche of trend- setting wannabees, I can’t wholly see how the Holy See can justify investing well meant donations by his faithful flock into his desire to keep up with the Kardasians, Brittany Spears, and other celebrity entrepreneurs.
As a catholic clergy abuse victim myself, my nightmares were reinstated last evening when invasive thoughts inspired by the new catholic cologne ping-ponged through my skull like PTSD perfumania.
How could Ratzinger sidestep his responsibility to the global mass of sex abuse survivors, and indulge himself in his own scent? The pursuit of perfume as a priority, overshadowing his duty for accountability is shocking, but not surprising. The popes new scents, makes no sense.
What is the Pope going to do, spray thousands of gallons of his scent upon starving nations to end world hunger? Give a bottle of his fatherly fragrance to thousands of sex abuse victims to cure depression, anxiety, and trauma disorders? Use the piety perfume to settle billions of dollars of impending lawsuits?
The thought has occurred to me that perhaps the instigator of this peculiar brainstorm was the result of decades of unconscionable behavior, combined with the Pontiffs flare for fashion; his pink satin robes, diamond spangled golden tiara, and of course those rosy Prada shoes. But sidestepping the overwhelming crisis in the catholic church for his insatiable urge for setting precedent for being the most gratuitous icon of egotistical Vatican self-indulgence is virtual acknowledgment of religious delusion.
Maybe the fumes released by the the toxic priceless ancient oil paintings surrounding him in his palace have accumulated to the point of poisoning the pope into a state of delirium, and has triggered an obsession for a less noxious odor; unfortunately his own scent may be just as vile.
In any case, perhaps after the newly Pungent Pontiff invests in perfume, he may as well dip into more Vatican reserves and establish his own reality show. My suggestion would be “ Celebant Clergy Cash Cows”, or maybe “Blind Billionaires Behaving Badly”.

Once again, the unconscionable Roman Catholic hierarchy, and the lawyers who represent these arrogant pedophile protectors, sidestep accountability, and decide that their game plan is to wage war against child abuse advocates. The latest blatant attack is clear in the statement by Bill Donahue, egotistical mouthpiece for the Catholic League for “Religious Rights”, who had the audacity to state that the clergy abuse advocacy group SNAP, “Is a menace to the Catholic Church”. He further stated that “leading Bishops have come together collectively to fight” the molested childrens advocacy group,
and the victims group “better go out and buy some tough lawyers, we don’t need altar boys”. His quotes appear in todays NY Times.
And the reason SNAP- “The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests” is a menace? That’s a no-brainer; because it has exposed clergy child rapists publicly all over the world.
This weeks flagrant attack on clergy abuse supporting advocates is most probably the boldest admission by the professed catholic group for the contempt they hold against raped children and their advocates. It is a very clear threat and signal to all child rape victims of the catholic church. There is a newly planned collective war against child advocates- the catholic church has no limit on what they will spend to silence and destroy them.
I myself, am living proof of the vicious onslaught against vocal clergy rape victims. The church spent millions fighting me in court for over 5 years, and lost, but kept appealing and losing; and in the words of one of their multimillion dollar fighting machine team, “to teach me a lesson.” But this latest public catholic admission that they will wage war against advocates and the child rape victims they support goes far beyond contemptuous; it disrespects the very essence of “religion,” “God”, and what it should stand for.
So as thousands of catholics read today’s New York Times, remember your children, and what their safety means to you. I think about it everyday. And remember the direct quotes by the leading mouthpiece of the Catholic League, that an advocacy group for raped children is “A menace to the catholic church.”
The sick part of the story: it’s true. SNAP is a menace to the catholic church, because it encourages clergy abuse victims to come forward and call police and legal authorities. Apparently, that is what Mr. Donahue and his “ Catholic Religious League” wants to end. And according to the quoted statements in the NY Times today, so do the leading bishops who have come together.
This strategy reeks of organized crime, but that comes as no surprise. The catholic church has shuffled, transferred, condoned, protected and covered up tens of thousands of massive rapes and molestations for decades.
So as the church attacks SNAP, and it’s related child rape victims, and openly admits it’s strategy, we are left to consider how they justify this war against molestation victims advocates, and how any God would allow this blatant atrocity. If this latest move by the largest religious organization in the USA does not make you question the existence of catholic spirituality, I don’t know what would.

He’s at it again. The name calling, the bigotry, the prejudice. But now, Rush Limbaugh, who maintains a 3rd degree black belt in bigotry and profound arrogance for all things not referenced in the conservative book of the “United States of Combined Religion-Based Politics”, has attempted to shock us. With a real apology? Not a chance.

After calling Georgetown Law student Sandra Fluke a “slut” and “prostitute”, Limbaugh has made what is obviously a hollow and insincere apology. This was most probably caused by financial backfires, common sense backlash, and a barrage of negative mail accusing him of what he is; which is apparently an obstinate, intolerant and afflicted babbler, with an incurable case of diarrhea of the mouth. His prejudicial inspired loss of memory concerning womens rights, freedom of choice, and separation of church and state, is probably an additional side effect.

His arrogant assertion that the young woman was having a problem paying for contraception because she was “having so much sex”, is an additional testament to his indecent unchecked behavior, and hurts his cause much more than his adversaries could.

The best ammunition against the credibility of Rush Limbaugh, is Rush Limbaugh. His ridiculous apologetic claim that he was just kidding, and his additional statement that “I did not mean a personal attack on Ms. Fluke” is also an insult to common perception and intelligence for anyone who has heard his brash accusations, followed up by his hollow apologies.

So once again we are witness to unfiltered prejudice and hatred being washed down by clear thinking advertisers, and appalled listeners who may very well be considering this mans level of sanity. Or possibly, many are considering his highly measurable level of fanaticism, which streams from the compromised marriage of religion and politics, and the potential dangers that are the result of that relentless bond.

So as the brains of the witnesses to his incurable babble develop in the wise, educated, and the unbiased; the opposite reaction occurs inside the skull of Mr. Limbaugh. But there is a bright light coming to save witnesses and listeners at the end of the autocratic Limbaugh tunnel; it’s the echo of his own self destructive jabbering; bouncing back to defeat him.
