There are a lot of regulations and rules that are to be written and some of them by the same agencies that did not do their job in the first place so I for one am not holding my breath that any of these crooks are going to do us justice. I know there are a lot of lobbyists and lawyers that feel this is a wet dream for them and they could not have asked for much more. So how is this in our favor??? It isn’t because no matter what until these regulatory agencies do their job it will not matter what law is in place. I compare it to our immigration laws. Ya they are there but they are not enforced and now Obama is looking for ways around the Congress and laws to grant amnesty to all of them.
http://www.thedailycrux.com/content/5151/Govern...

http://www.businessweek.com/news/2010-06-25/ban...

Time will tell if they get their wings clipped. Because they both are.

Federally funded elections with no monetary input from Corporations or private interests would solve a lot of problems. Not to mention banks still dipping into the fed and our buddies Freddie and Fanny still about to sink us. While he lies about his plans to help the good ole USA allowing even more jobs to be shipped overseas and now is looking for a way to grant amnesty to the law breaking invaders. While Obama is far from the first President to shaft us this is a time in our history and economic situation he should be doing a hell of a lot more than shafting us and insuring even that our grandchildren will be the CASH COWS in the future. I learned years ago there was JUSTICE and then JUST US. But he has taken F*#$en USA to a new level. He also showed what he was going to do by allowing the same people that had a BIG part in this to help him cover up the future screwing he was about to bestow. Truth is some things and some people are "Too Big To Fail". At least in the way we'd like to see them crash and burn. But they did get their wings clipped with the Wall St. Reform Bill. I do wonder now and again why the hell Martha Stewart landed in jail. It was NOT insider trading.
