Huckabee just argued healthcare is a Human Right.
In fact he invoked The Declaration of Our Founders to support this view. “Inalienable Rights”. “LIFE, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness”.
Huckabee just endorsed Single Payers as an American Right.
Which no doubt he should if claiming to be a Christian, even more so a Clergy.
Who was Jesus disgusted with for leaving the poor and sick to die? The State, the money changers and the Religious leadership.While they did nothing the Family, neighbors and strangers cared for their needs, shoulder the burden.
It was the State and Religious leaders apathy to the needs of it’s citizenry and flock which created Jesus’ rebellion, and ultimate execution.
Huckabee knows exactly which side of the healthcare debate Jesus would be on. Thus he is not a Christian.He is a deciever and his ’slip’ proves it.

Here’s another suggestion to get health care reform passed WITH a REAL Public Option.
Tell all those religious pretenders and the C Street Cult members that ALL tax exemptions for ALL churches over 500 MEMBERS will be immediately eliminated unless they STOP trying to ESTABLISH THEIR PERSONAL RELIGION AS THE LAW OF THE LAND! Tell the “texans’ in Congress AND the Senate none of their rewritten phony text books will EVER be ALLOWED to be SOLD in ANY OTHER STATE.
DO YOUR JOB!

I would just like to point out the obvious discrepancy in the ridiculous argument that buying HEALTH INSURANCE is the same as buying CAR INSURANCE because I am totally sick of hearing this from all the ignorant talking heads on television and on the radio.
WHEN YOU GET BEHIND THE WHEEL OF YOUR CAR YOU PUT EVERY OTHER DRIVER ON THE ROAD IN DANGER OF LOSING THEIR LIVES OR OF BEING PERMANENTLY DISABLED, DISFIGURED OR DISADVANTAGED IN OTHER WAYS IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE ROAD, DRINK AND DRIVE, DRUG AND DRIVE, TEXT AND DRIVE. THAT warrants the MANDATORY PURCHASE OF CAR INSURANCE to protect the innocent men and women and their passengers who are not at fault.
If you do NOT have health insurance, the ONLY THING you might cost ME is a few pennies a month in higher taxes unless you are suffering from an untreated deadly and contagious disease, though no one seemed to understand THAT THREAT when a fast food worker about a year ago exposed, possibly, thousands of customers and co-workers to a form of hepatitis that is extremely contagious. Look up Typhoid Mary. Some people do not get the disease themselves but are carriers of disease.
Also, spare me from one more loud mouth, ignorant, holier than thou politician, living off the fruits OF MY LABOR, LIVING OFF THE PUBLIC DOLE, spouting off about “SKIN IN THE GAME”. This is not a stinking baseball or football or hockey GAME where the more you BLEED the better the game, the more BLOOD YOU SPILL ON THE FIELD the more you deserve to be treated. NOT ONE SINGLE politician in Washington D.C. has EVER put ONE DIME OF THEIR OWN MONEY INTO THE GAME. NOT ONE SINGLE politician has ever put ONE IOTA of SKIN IN THE GAME. THAT SKIN COMES FROM US, THE PEOPLE WHO DO THE REAL WORK AND PAY THE TAXES THEY TAKE AWAY FROM US TO ENRICH THEMSELVES AND THEIR CORPORATE MONEY PITS TO KEEP THEMSELVES ON THE PUBLIC DOLE AND THE WARS, KIDNAPPING AND TORTURE PROGRAMS GOING AND TO CAUSE DEATH AND DESTRUCTION AROUND THE WORLD FOR THEIR PERSONAL GAIN AND TO SHORE UP THE WEAPONS MANUFACTURERS. It would be interesting to find OUT just how much more it COST WE THE TAX PAYERS to MAKE all those NUKES our “leaders” sold to Israel and around the world than we got back in the bargain basement sale of those nukes.
SO! Tell your politicians, not matter what name they call themselves, to put their own SKIN IN THE GAME, pay for their own insurance, drop their salaries to ONLY 10 percent above the MEDIAN WAGE they LOVE SO MUCH and which is SKEWED BY INCLUDING THE EXECUTIVE SALARIES THE REST OF US WILL NEVER SEE and pay their OWN expenses LIKE WE HAVE TO and PUT UP OR SHUT UP AND GET THE HECK OUT OF THE GAME ALTOGETHER!
