Put another way, if considering that a thought is a thing and if MIND was made of Concrete,  the minerals and the aggregate would have to morph to create the finished product.  If we as a civilization can’t get it together, aggregate on a higher plane, navigate on the simple level, the more complex will not materialize _ the rest of the commonality, whatever you may perceive it to be, would not be an option in any fractal equation.  A meteorite hitting the planet is consumed, when a star exhausts it’s gases it kabooms, when conflicts evolve they do not continue the same equation _ it changes.

You can’t get there from here is a universal constant when it comes to conflicts. We have plumes of asphalt mixed with highly toxic dispersants, the entire death of the food chain of the Gulf of Mexico etc., three four thousand feed deep out there ready to make landfall at first wind.

The comity to investigate the restoration of the Gulf area is the biggie in this introductory 6/16/10 speech. When the real deal comes in it will take a state of emergency for the country to carry this out. It will take the shutting down of river traffic for a month or two now and then when silt is plentiful. This involves the moving of the Mississippi River channel to fill batchers created by dredges tieing Islets together in ten thousand square mile areas to be filled with the sediments of the river. The river delivers sediments in times of floods in the spring and during hurricanes, floods up streams etc. . can restore much of the damage done by the oil industry in the last few years, thousands of square miles of area at a time in just a few years at the lowest cost. One of those opportunities we can’t afford to miss.

This makes buffer lands the size of Massachusetts and Connecticut in a month or two time frames per batcher. The idea of cleaning up New England with trash bags and shovels is just a bit out there. I was an engineering contractor and consultant and have pulled off some real doozies with flood control and land management. Cut Bolts On Flange Bolt On New Valve

Cut the bolts on the existing flange on top of the BOP and remove the upper flange. Then make up a matching flange with valve built on to it. Put on the valve open and then close after you put the bolts-fasteners in.

Flange could have bolts protruding when flange is seated, explode the end of the bolts to create rivets. The exploding separation bolts from the space program are available just get to it…

If the robots could get smart just turn the nuts on with power ratchet that holds the nuts like a pez dispenser…

Put snap on rings around the new flange when pushed on, they snap into place holding the weight but bolts would be better….
