Why I Do Not Admire Russell Means

I know a little something about what it means to be Indian in the old ways, and it is that standard, the original Native American standard, I will speak to here.

At our age, we either have become elders, and that entails a certain kind of wisdom achieved in the native way, through a lifetime of personal evolution or, we have become ‘nothing people.’

Russell would not know me from Adam, were we to meet, is my guess. So now I will remind him of what is not forgotten.

Russell and I go back over 30 years, to the International Treaty Councils held at Fort Belknap in Montana. I was invited by the Atsina members based on my association with the old Blackfoot Confederacy, The Kainah, Sisika, Amskapi Pikuni, Skinee Pikuni, Sarcee, Atsina and particularly because of my relationship to the Pikuni peoples.

On one occasion I accepted, and generously donated considerable financial support to this American Indian Movement event. Delegations from numerous tribes attended, from the USA and Canada. My nephew, Devalon Small Legs, from an important family of Canadian AIM leaders of that time, attended from the Skinee Pikuni, I was the only Amskapi Pikuni present.

AIM had incorporated both political and spiritual movements, our Blackfoot confederated members tended to the spiritual side. The difference is, the spiritual people understand that to be Native American is primarily a way of life, a lived philosophy. I am White. But I grew up bi-culturally Native American, with relationships in the Native community from my youth. My Pikuni spiritual people had always honored this. Also my Plains Ojibwe and Cree peoples.

Russell’s AIM people did not even bother to inquire when they met me, they saw a Whiteman, judged me on that fact solely and Russell accordingly has been a fool for over thirty years. Indian people should never have to be instructed to be civil in their Native community.

On top of about $700 out of pocket to help feed the International Treaty Council event and provide some travel money, a lot of money both for myself and that community in that era, I had brought in some non-native people with open minds. I wished to create empathy, open channels of dialog and raise awareness in the outside world concerning the cruel apartheid system our subjugated tribes suffer.

Russell’s AIM delegation killed that. The only people from the Means camp to visit our camp, came to make pointed racial insults. It was so bad, my Blackfoot confederacy people and Atsina hosts had to call a special meeting simply to insist we be treated in a civil way. It never happened (civility from Russell’s people) but the worst of the insults ceased. So much for dialog.

At a subsequent meeting attended by Russell and myself in Great Falls, Montana, Russell had to be pointedly told I could participate in the Pipe Ceremony by my nephew Devalon, the AIM spiritual leader for that event. That was the last and only time I had personally met Russell, but I have kept an eye on him since.

I am related to the Gophers, a plains Ojibwe family. I am not close to all of them, I will say it is for reasons more traditional people would understand. However I did know Robert Gopher, a key International Treaty Council supporter, quite well. To be fair, I will say Robert was a well intended but bullheaded and not the brightest man. When our relative, a Gopher kid, was to be sentenced for manslaughter, a result of drinking and driving, Robert asked Russell Means for help. That was a big mistake. The kid was guilty as hell, with multiple prior offences, and instead of opening a civil dialog in the community concerning why these things too often happen in the repression of enforced poverty, Russell shot his mouth off to the press to the effect the prosecution of the kid amounted to “racism.” That was pretty rich, based on my experience with Russell. His “racist prosecution” statement was all over the Montana newspapers, it pissed off the judge and the book was thrown at the Gopher kid, he got the maximum possible sentence the prosecutor was asking for, 100 years.

When I met the author of ‘In the Spirit of Crazy Horse’, Peter Mattheissen, we had a short conversation about Russell. I told Peter that Russell is a “really big asshole” and Peter agreed with me “Yes, Russell is a very big asshole, but he is an important asshole to his people.”

I respectfully disagree with Peter. There is only one important asshole in Indian country, and that asshole is Old Man Coyote (whose lessons teach us NOT to behave like Russell.)

Russell went on to abandon Sundance mid-ceremony and dumped his Montana Sundancers in the middle of vows, that made the newspapers with tribal spiritual leaders pointedly upset, Russell rode off into the sunrise, when called to be a movie star in Iroquois country. It would be fitting he played a bad guy.

And it came out the non-violent AIM educator, Annie May Aquash, was murdered by the Means faction of AIM, the order to kill Annie was given out of a meeting held in a Means brothers’ kitchen. Like Peter Mathiassen and many others, I had believed it was corrupt law enforcement had murdered Annie, but that was Russell’s AIM faction line of bullshit. It hurt, that one. Some of our Indian people are no better than the goons who persecute us.

And then, Russell’s wife called 911 in New Mexico because he was beating her.

Finally, Russell tried to run for tribal council, the most corrupt and repressive banana republic regime you can imagine, tribal councils being completely in violation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and habitual offenders against Native American human rights, a mainstay of the American apartheid system for Indians.

I am not aware Russell has ever corrected himself in these matters.

In the Indian way, when you have made mistakes, they must be confessed to the people. Russell had stated “For the world to live, Europe must die.” Russell should better look at killing the “Europe” in himself. Because the ego of the Whiteman, also known as refusing to learn and correct oneself, is fatal to what it means to be Indian- that is evolve to be generous, gentle, kind and loving people who live in a beautiful way.

People should, in the circumstance of Russell presenting himself as a role model for our young people, question whether Russell actually is an authentic Indian who has overcome great adversity or, sadly, whether the facts point to Russell as a failed and angry trash product of the Boarding School legacy.

This is something Russell has never sorted out, he has never walked the walk. Insofar as the facts speak for themselves, in the old Indian way, Russell is a ‘nothing person.’

I had been reflecting on how women are construed to be “sluts” in monotheism based cultures for any variety of spurious reasons, such as so-called ‘promiscuous dress’, flirtatious behaviors et cetera or even for simply presuming to position themselves equal to men. I am about to begin my 61st year. Looking back, I examined how my own sexual behaviors would stack up, were there an equivalent familiar cultural noun for males.

Because I am a ’straight’ man, I’ve not been on the receiving end of the male hierarchy insults .. certainly not in relation to social interactions in a sense of communicating sexuality. So I must limit defining myself in terms of a ‘slut’ per actual sexual encounters, which is neither balanced nor fair in relation to the more spurious accusations women (or gay men) must face, but it is the best I can do within the cultural norms.

Since emancipation (age 18) I have had sexual encounters with 35 women (and zero men)

1 was a virgin who became my first serious girlfriend

1 was a dedicated lesbian who could not explain why she had a sudden desire for and invited the encounter

1 was a fellow ‘Christian college’ (Azusa Pacific) student who woke me up as she climbed under my sheets from out of nowhere, stark naked

1 was a sex crazed High School girl who could not ever get enough of me, anywhere, anytime, including risky encounters in public areas in broad daylight, until I finally moved and did not tell her to where I’d relocated to

1 was a mutually agreed ‘we both need a lover’ indefinite arrangement

2 were ‘winter blankets’ in Indian country, following a cultural habit of a mutually agreed short term co-habitation (typically over winter)

3 were encounters with completely unknown women where it simply ‘clicked’ and our clothes came off

5 were ‘flings’ or that is to say repeated sex over a period of one to several weeks with no real intentions of a long term relationship, just a mutual desire to get laid

5 were hookers, all when I was a young soldier, four of those in Vietnam

7 were serious enough girlfriends to either live with, or to be married to, one for 15 years

8 were acquaintances where we’d had a single spontaneous encounter

33 were over a period of 1969 to 1990, I was married and faithful to 1 from late 1990 to Spring 2005 and have had 1 girlfriend since, having decided there is no healthy future in, or any point to spurious relationships in western culture.

In western societies, a man with comparable history would likely be condemned only if he were exposed in puritanical environment or aspired to politics in more conservative societies and in many cases would be admired as ‘manly’ or ‘virile’ where a comparable woman would be absolutely labeled ‘slut’ or ‘whore’

Pondering this preceding, it occurs to me that outside the odd relationship with a remarkable man, any woman who actually believes in achieving equality in monotheism based cultures (modern western civilization) is self-deluded. Before this could happen, the very cultural norms would have to be overthrown, no different to the gods of Olympus had overthrown the Titans.

By comparison, in Native culture or matriarchy, a woman with comparable history would not be condemned at all. Women are perfectly entitled to ‘shop around’ until they settled down with a suitable or compatible male lover/friend that she would eventually settle on as a good husband/father over the long term, and generally graduate to monogamy. The father(s) of her children prior to settling down have no bearing on her subsequent long term relationship, there is no attending paternal jealousy and this phenomena reflects in Native language where there is no single word for ‘father’ because the same word means ‘uncle.’

The aura of invincibility surrounding certain intelligence agencies is a deliberately cultivated lie and in many instance is undeserved. It is important people be aware these agencies which operate both: outside the law and on the extreme edge, not only engage in extra-judicial murder but have historically corrupted many fine persons drawn into their web, are not even close to invincible. Would be recruits should think long and hard at joining agencies where supervising talents in some cases might be closer to comic book reality than real world common sense.

Since 2001, in addition to historic causes for attrition in the ranks such as moving to private sector, there has been an accelerated phenomena of the ‘best in the business’ have been either leaving or have been driven out of the CIA over ethics issues. Mossad has suffered from ideological attrition for a longer overall period. It would be logical this will the case with MI6 and other agencies as well. This process of attrition leaves more and more ideologically driven senior leadership, leading to poor strategic planning, as well less competence and experience in middle management and numerous green operatives. The resultant overall quality loss has been responsible for risks taken that were unthinkable in previous times and circumstance. The consequence is often embarrassing, even deadly.

One only need look at the “incredibly clumsy” rendition of an Egyptian cleric in Italy resulting in arrest warrants for 23 CIA operatives, or the “botched” attempted assassination of Kalid Meschal resulting in captured MOSSAD agents by Jordan, or Mossad’s blown Dubai assassination of the HAMAS operative where the target was killed but the agents were also badly compromised, just a few better known examples of numerous breakdowns in operations. Only recently, a large American CIA operation had been taken down in Lebanon by Hezbollah and Iran due to poor discipline on the parts of the CIA operatives and their handlers who’d been regularly meeting at Pizza Hut and Starbucks in Beirut, pointing to the quality of field operations degenerated to nearly amateur level.

Even with the best of agents, when operations run on the edge go wrong, they will always look  bad. When an undercover operative is killed rather than the target, it is as about as bad as things can get, because the dead undercover operative can possibly be traced by both the penetrated organization and law enforcement. This is the likely outcome of a blown operation in which I’d been the target.

My experience is reconstructed nearly verbatim from notes I’d made shortly after the event.

At Neu Koln, Berlin, when catching the subway south towards Rudow (to Britz Sud) I was standing at the underground kiosk buying breath fresheners when the train arrived. I quickly tried to complete the transaction but figured I would likely have to catch the next train. I noticed a group of young Arabs holding the door to the train open, preventing it’s departure, all (4) of them watching me, clearly it appeared as though they either expected me to catch that train or they would not be on it themselves.

The train consequently waited for me and I sprinted to the door they were holding for me and jumped between them, onboard. They let the door close as I turned 180 degrees rather than taking a seat, making them a group of five.

Standing facing them, holding a pole, all seemed surprised at my action. A shorter, darker one, then began to assail me in Arabic language as though I were expected to understand, this one initially took the lead and was most vehement and hostile, although a couple of the others were also saying quite angry things to me direct, also if expecting I would understand.

I simply looked at them all, eyes moving one to the other direct, and asked “Do you speak English?”

A tall member of the group, with light complexion on my right (all of them were facing me) and who did not become involved with the angry speech, indicated he did speak English with “Yes”

I asked “What country are you from?”

His indirect answer was to point to the most hostile one, the short grubby one who was wearing an Israeli Defense Force battle fatigue shirt as though it were a trophy, and stated “He is Palestinian.”

He made this a clear distinction. My guess was the one who’d made this statement and the 2 others (all taller, better dressed and lighter complexion than the ‘Palestinian’) were all Hezbollah aligned Lebanese, there is a large Lebanese community in that area.

I said to the short hostile one, emphatically: “You’re Palestinian? I apologize to you for George Bush!”

That one statement changed everything. All of them went silent and the ‘Palestinian’ never said another word.

I then said: “There are many good people in my country who don’t like what is happening, it is a difficult situation.”

From this moment and comment, the now totally silent (and clear outsider)  ‘Palestinian’ became the target of the Lebanese, while they checked out my reactions to their terrorizing the ‘Palestinian’, the focus of their hostility had shifted away from me.

What happened now was really interesting. One of the Lebanese is suddenly is getting on his cell phone and making a call… while the groups leader, the tall one to my right, looks at me while pointing to the ‘Palestinian’ who is suddenly looking very ill, and says “Maybe he is Israeli” while assessing my reaction.

I deliberately made myself look surprised and suspicious, raised one eyebrow at the ‘Palestinian’ and said “Israeli Arab?” as though I both: did not fully understand and did not like the idea or somehow found it disconcerting.

The train had made a brief stop and a fifth Arab (Lebanese) joined us with a cell phone and greeting the other Lebanese but not the ‘Palestinian’ who had simply become demoralized with a now clearly frightened look. The new arrival had some conversation in Arabic with the tall on my right, after a hand/fist greeting that, by gesture and look, was attempting to sort some things that needed sorting.

The new arrival is now on his phone while also talking to the tall one to my right, but interrupts his conversation with the tall Lebanese and asks me “Where are you from? England?” almost as to test my veracity, his English skills would know, and I clearly answered “USA.”

I was asked “Where do you stay?”

I stated as a matter of fact “Berlin”

Then I was asked: “Do you speak German” and I answered “Only a little” .. whereas the tall one to my right gave an absolutely evil look at the ‘Palestinian’ and said  slowly, deliberately, “My German is VERY good.” [I've often wondered at the significance of that statement]

The new one and the tall one looked at each other, spoke again in Arabic and then the tall one suggested to me while rubbing the ‘Palestinians’ belly “Maybe he is a good boy for sex. What do you think?”

Now the ‘Palestinian’ had the absolute look of ‘I am going to die’ on his face as I answered emphatically, with the culturally correct “I am a good man!” and an offended look (I wore silver studs in my ears at that time and likely had been falsely profiled to MOSSAD as gay)

Suddenly the tall Lebanese, with my answer, made a violent stabbing motion with his right hand at the ‘Palestinian’ while shouting (nearly screaming) to the new arrival “The Israeli must be killed!!”

The Lebanese closed around the ‘Palestinian’ with looks of shock and rage on their faces, when the train stopped, they shoved him off the train together with stepping off themselves. I assure you all, the ‘Palestinian’ did not live long after this interrogation, at most a matter of hours.

Now, I noticed the Germans on the train, men looking straight ahead, no expression, several women had looks of absolute terror on their faces, it had been that intense.

The ‘Palestinian’ was clearly not one of the group in any sense of intimate acquaintance or typical association. He was dressed a bit shabbily, wearing the IDF olive drab fatigue jacket with a Hebrew lettered tag over the left pocket. The Lebanese were all clean, well dressed, of a better class, and obviously educated and intelligent.

The ‘Palestinian’ had gone from initiator of the groups hostilities towards me, to the groups target in this course of events lasting at most 15, more likely only 10 minutes. I expected I could have died. Clearly, the posed as ‘Palestinian’ MOSSAD agent had died instead.

This was a failed scheme (compromised operation) of using the phony ‘Palestinian’ (most likely a Sephardic MOSSAD agent fluent in Arab language and culture) with false pretext to dupe Hezbollah aligned people into assisting with a hit in a difficult operational area (Arab neighborhood.)

Between my survival skills (training) confronting the circumstance with dialogue, and Hezbollah’s obvious caution, the Israeli operative, in a sense, literally cut his own throat. He was not prepared for my direct engagement.

Don’t believe for one minute the USA intelligence agency behaviors (murders of American citizens) had only begun with the new ‘color of law’ assassinations under Obama. This has gone on by far predating Dick Cheney (who merely kicked a long concealed history of intelligence agency murders into overdrive) and in the ‘cleanest’ of times assassinations of ‘enemies’ as determined by corporate boards, are simply farmed out to 3^rd parties, whether foreign  intelligence agencies in a quid pro quo arrangement, or simply handed off under cover (laundered) to private contracting parties (professional hit men, which are oftentimes former agency employees contracted  as free agents, such as is the case with Gary Berntsen and associates, who had failed a subsequent operation aimed at myself in Sant Feliu de Guixols, during February 2010)

MOSSAD is bound to a code of conduct which requires avenging a loss. I would simply point out to the Israelis, at what price? The nature of psychology is, when you have made a mistake, that mistake must be corrected, to stay on track with a correct course of action. Otherwise, mistakes can become complications and complications can lead to making by far more serious mistakes.

One question MOSSAD should look at is, did CIA and ‘associates’ calculatedly omit the fact of my exceptional training, as well the fact I had repeatedly surprised and neutralized or reversed operations mounted against me prior to this event? By now MOSSAD should understand their several subsequent failures can be no accident. No one is that lucky, only exceptional skills could account for my survival. Had the Americans’ purpose been, if I could not be taken, the damage inflicted to MOSSAD is a secondary reward, a consolation prize?

The self-inflicted damage with pursuit of myself over these ensuing years, has been quite significant. Meanwhile, I’ve mastered that most rare and peculiar art of surviving as live bait, if only because I’d invited European law enforcement to simply monitor my circumstance without any move to intervene and save my life. Breaking down the several agencies’ murder networks has been more important.

Maybe someday it will sink in, this has been the case since one day after the death of a MOSSAD agent, following a meeting on the Inter City Express of 15 October 2007.

Cracking the Matrix: Our Military/Industrial Spy Services

Part Three

WikiLeaks has released documents on the spyware utilized by several repressive regimes, most relevant to this essay, provided to Egypt in another case of much ado about nothing.

“The pieces of software created by surveillance companies are capable of hijacking personal computers and popular mobile phones, including those with Android, iOS, and Blackberry operating systems’

This story had already been broken by Human Rights Watch in the immediate aftermath of the fall of Tripoli, the WikiLeaks ‘revelation’ is in fact no revelation at all. This points to professional counter-intelligence psychological operation and is meant to deflect attention or inquiry away from the real state actors, i.e. intelligence agencies and onto the tech developers. There are several intelligence methods available to co-opt/compromise any organization such as WikiLeaks [presuming it had not been an intelligence operation from the get-go] i.e. infiltration or placing an agent within the organization (spy), penetration or turning an employee (traitor), and false flag recruitment or duping the organization into working against its own interests (sale.) WikiLeaks would be quite easily susceptible to any of these because of the nature of the organization. Julian Assange could be recruited to ‘leak’ by anonymous sources that cannot possibly be accurately vetted when providing deliberately select documents intended to create false impression for the purpose of shifting responsibility away from organizations such as Directorate for External Security, MI6, or CIA. In fact Assange has stated WikiLeaks does not care about sources, only authenticity of the ‘leaked’ documents.

Persons [or organizations] recruited to ‘leak’ are considered an ‘unwitting’ but very real agents of any operation run by intelligence. To determine which agency is responsible is as simple as looking for the agency/nation presented as least complicit in any documents released, by the sin of omission as in this new WikiLeaks case.

“Intelligence agencies, military forces and police authorities are able to silently, and on mass, and secretly intercept calls and take over computers without the help or knowledge of the telecommunication providers. Users’ physical location can be tracked if they are carrying a mobile phone, even if it is only on stand by”

..merely requires looking for the obvious missing from the information released by WikiLeaks: apple products and technology in the case of the Egyptian Spring together with the training provided by State Department via USAID front organizations for CIA. Herein are the hallmarks of a professionally engineered disinformation and the real news people need to understand is media manipulation, a major endeavor of the several Western intelligence agencies. What had been turned up already right here and is missing in the WikiLeaks/Washington Post collaboration is the fact of USA intelligence deliberately compromising the apple products savvy secular Egyptian Spring  activists to the Egyptian military intelligence. These advanced electronic spy systems were not delivered to Egypt’s generals without NATO and the USA’s intelligence agencies knowledge and/or permission .

The most risk in the effort to ‘feed’ WikiLeaks in a credible appearing way would be the employ of credible media. This new WikiLeaks based psy-ops endeavor had already been pre-empted a full week previous to the December release by this investigator, at Subversify Magazine on 24 November [original article follows], detailing how these operations are accomplished using ‘credible’ media and addressing the Egyptian Spring particularly. Mainstream media has been a focus of state ’security apparatus’ infiltration for quite some time and the New York Times is but one example of many. That the Washington Post and other media outlets would have been the focus of intelligence infiltration, penetration and manipulation now in concert with WikiLeaks should come as no surprise:

“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society. Our invisible governors are, in many cases, unaware of the identity of their fellow members in the inner cabinet.” – Edward Bernays ‘Propaganda’

Edward Bernays applied science manipulating democracy detailed in his book ‘Propaganda’ [most famously, among other works] is behind the masters of public relations who prepare what is known in intelligence circles as “Psychological Operations.” Utilizing ‘fronts’, as well manipulating public opinion with engineered events to be reported on as ‘news’, society is governed as Bernays says.

On Wednesday, 16 November 2011, the New York Times [Global Edition] ran a story “A Moment of Truth for Occupy Groups” [I have the ‘paper’ copy in front of me as I write this] with the caption “As camp in New York is shut down, movement risks losing momentum.” With no mention AT ALL of the actual police actions with pepper spray, tear gas and baton beatings, what the story’s ‘life is a bouquet’ opening line says is:

“The encampment here that grew from a modest protest into an international movement built around a growing sense of economic injustice was briskly eradicated Tuesday in a well organized and non-violent sweep by hundreds of police officers”

Compare this preceding with the facts as stated in The NATION [backed by poor quality and difficult to achieve video on the internet, one purpose of banning press from the 1 AM raid]

“the military-style incursion into Liberty shortly after 1 am on November 15 came with a brutality and premeditation that literally took the Occupiers’ breath away. Given just minutes to vacate, protesters who peacefully resisted—as well as those who were just slow to act—were pepper-sprayed, beaten with billy clubs, shoved, cuffed and tear-gassed. In the end, around 200 were arrested, including City Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez, who was bloodied by a strike to the head. Along with sleeping bags and tents, the Occupation’s intellectual tools—laptops, posters and the 5,000 books in the People’s Library—were thrown into dumpsters and carted away”

By Thursday, 17 November 2011, the Wednesday New York Times story has vanished from the internet. When you use the NYT search tool, what should be reference to the story is a  Wednesday [Global Edition] pdf link which had been changed to Thursday’s front page. The Internet reader is not even so much as allowed to view the existence of the Wednesday story. The subsequent Occupy story in the Thursday ‘paper’ edition has been relegated to page 5, mostly having to do with suggestions the ‘occupy movement’ is set to run out of steam, it’s over, a ‘time to move on’ sort of academic debate, and there is no mention of the police action AT ALL.

The Wednesday front page story’s photo had shown a single, un-spayed, un-bloodied protestor in no acute physical distress being arrested in DAYLIGHT (not at the 1 AM park raid) with no other protestor in sight, only police boots. The image is practically benign in relation to the facts of beatings, pepper spray and protestors gassed and essentially backs the falsified message in Wednesday’s storyline: in effect, this is a wimp movement with no teeth and the police are importuned angels vilified by events beyond their control. After-all, the police have a job to do, no one will be coming to the aid of any one protestor, and the police are beyond reproach, because there is no overt brutality. Both print and photo journalism have just told you so. On Friday, pushed into page 7 [Global Edition] there is a passing mention of police using nightsticks at a different event, a ‘credibility recovery’ but you know what has been said about ‘first impressions.’ By Saturday, 19 November 2011, the [Global Edition] story is still pushed back to page 7, there is passing mention of Thursday’s ‘thousands’ [not the tens of thousands in attendance] in New York with the note of 175 arrests, no mention at all of police aggression and the dry observation “demonstrators elsewhere in the country were largely peaceful”

What just happened? A psy-op.

Now, what our lovely ‘liberal’ New York Times has just accomplished is a professionally engineered psychological operation whose employ lie with some of the nastiest mentalities known to man [more on that a bit farther on.] The net result of this one quick operation (among the many operations generated in the New York Times) is to prepare every loyal reader of the ‘paper’ version (includes the President of the United States) who might otherwise be sympathetic ‘liberals’, to reject violence [generated by the police actions] and sets up blame to be pinned firmly on the protestors in future confrontations: when protestors, having been radicalized by police action, might resort in turn to violence. Meanwhile, opportunity is taken to portray the movement as weaker that it actually is, to discourage people who might be influenced to join according to ‘herd instinct’ as denigrated by Bernays

The simple logic implanted in the many older liberal and loyal readers who do not typically resort to internet, or those many who have no time [due to schedules] who trust the Times, should be turned off to the protestors when events might REALLY spiral out of control. This is engineered pre-emptive sapping of public support for the OWS movement, professionally and deliberately targeting an identifiable demographic.

If a UN Secretary General is expendable, most certainly so is Dianna Fossy, when it comes to morphing her posthumously into a foundation employed as a cover for USAID laundering money trafficking arms to guerillas while preserving the profit line. All this is accomplished by employing cells:

The USA’s Department of State has, via USAID, been fronting for intelligence agencies around the world, including Egypt, for years. One of several USAID fronts is ‘Freedom House’, which had provided ‘social networks’ training for ‘democracy activists.’ Other fronts providing training are the ‘International Republican Institute’ and the ‘International Democratic Institute.’ A Bernays method of covering the agenda/motive of these fronts is to package black as white and to label slavery as freedom.

In Fact what had happened since the ‘Egyptian Spring’ is, the expendable USA puppet by proxy, Mubarak, has been removed and the paid professional marionettes whose personal fortunes are dependent on CIA associated MAPs [military assistance programs, the billions in arms sales propping up American defense industry corporate profit lines] also known as ‘the generals’, have been handed the Egyptian Spring leadership to be incarcerated in CIA rendition to torture darling Omar Sulieman’s jails.

What the corporate board friendly intelligence propaganda cells has now sold the American public via the New York Times [Global Edition, Saturday-Sunday, November 19-20, 2011] with Bernays method [bald-faced lies to the public] of covering the agenda/motive of these fronts packaging black as white and slavery as freedom is, when the “Egyptian liberals’ who were responsible for the massive initial ‘Spring’ protests are missing in action [with the conspicuous exception of the April 6 movement] at new protests, it is because, according to the Times, they “mostly stayed home.” Rather, how about 12,000 or so of the core leadership are in Egyptian jails, courtesy of lateral structure of the siamese twins CIA/United States Department of State via USAID fronts Freedom House, International Republican Institute and International Democratic Institute having provided the training in social networking primarily with apple products. This training in turn, is shared widely in the secular freedom movement, all the while USA intelligence agencies knowing Omar Sulieman has all the sophisticated electronic spying equipment he needs, to pinpoint the identities and locations of the most effective organizers and ‘disappear’ them. That there will be fake investigations into how repressive regimes come into this technology, should come as no surprise, Bernays has long since established the system’s effectiveness. With the core secular activist organizers out of the way, the Muslim Brotherhood has stepped into fill the void, their networking is via the mosque, not apple. Whether the Brotherhood’s leadership sees the grassroots secular organizers and leadership having been ‘disappeared’ as convenient, or as a wrong that must be righted, will say a lot about the future of Egypt.

Julian Assange has personally taken credit for unleashing the information leading to the events known as the Arab Spring. That Assange is a self-aggrandizing liar, is attested to by his former partner at WikiLeaks, Daniel Domsheit-Berg.

I have rejected Assange as authentic, for quite a long time. There are too many holes in his story, he has given absolutely dangerous advice to people who might wish to leak, such as using the WikiLeaks P.O. Box to mail documents to [postmark, fingerprints, DNA] and his public claims relating to the actual secrets leaked, simply do not hold up. One year ago, conspiracy clown extraordinaire Alex Jones [follow the money, Bernays’ man Alex Jones is paid off by corporate boards] made a big deal of the leaked cable showing the USA put pressure on Spain to shut down the several renditions investigations. I was living in Spain the year before that, and same information had been all over the Spanish newspapers. Subsequent to this, in an interview with Amy Goodman, Assange makes a big deal of the cable pointing to the USA/CIA policy of keeping Haiti an imprisoned sweat shop for corporate boards in the garments industry, again this is no news at all, had been known for years already, and the cables are rife with such examples. Show me one that does real damage to the CIA, just SHOW ME. The State Department and CIA are so tightly intermingled there is no way people would have used what they believed to be a secure system and not have done damage to CIA operations with un-culled cables.

Julian Assange has been identified as a USA intelligence asset employed in cyber operations in the 1990s by Wayne Madsen, quoting an ‘un-named’ source. Un-named sources are a possible two edged sword, the good investigator does NOT give up his reliable sources without their permission [it is a rule I practice]  AND a good investigator does NOT trust a controversial [Madsen] investigator’s un-named source without first documenting corroborating evidence backing the other investigator’s claim. Julian Assange himself provided the corroborating evidence in the interview with Goodman, bragging his stay at the home of Miss Egypt. You do NOT stay as the guest of Egypt’s most symbolic multi-national corporate prostitute, in a location sandwiched into and crawling with British and American intelligence and security, except as the multi-national corporate intelligence and security’s invited guest. Miss Egypt’s lateral profile [with oil company personalities invested along the way, if you study her associations carefully]:

When crimes by corporate board directors and their agents employing Bernays’ propaganda, in concert with intelligence agencies, are on a magnitude constituting crimes against humanity, one in turn must employ ‘propaganda’ to cover one’s tracks. This is achieved with pys-ops in media like the New York Times with ‘cover stories.’ Concurrent to this in the modern age of internet, co-opting the institutions of  justice in ‘democracy’ becomes necessary because information has now become a two edged sword where trained persons capable of ‘unwinding’ lies is able to publish. Just now, a person such as myself is able to ‘sling the stones back’ at the criminal personalities. I am grateful my ‘career’ in intelligence was just peripheral enough to grasp method, and realize without becoming ensnared in the pervasive lies, how perverted the career agent’s mind must become when immersed over long term. In this case of perversions of reality, in a world where the CIA has gone so far as deliberately employing carefully and deliberately ‘crafted’ mentally ill persons as agents.

Project MKULTRA, now days a Bernays propaganda discredited CIA boogeyman of conspiracy theorists, is every bit as historically factual as Bernays himself:

“The Deputy Director of the CIA revealed that over thirty universities and institutions were involved in an “extensive testing and experimentation” program which included covert drug tests on unwitting citizens “at all social levels, high and low, native Americans and foreign.” Several of these tests involved the administration of LSD to “unwitting subjects in social situations.” At least one death, that of Dr. Olson, resulted from these activities. Recalling the employ of ‘cells’ in intelligence community that is deliberately defused with redundant ‘lateral’ structures, it is interesting to note the above description is a close match for professionals with university ties in the Anne Hamilton-Byrne cult in Australia:

Both MKULTRA and the Hamilton-Byrne cult employed not only LSD but also sexual abuse and other means of torture on children. The CIA MKULTRA project and Hamilton-Byrne both tracing their roots to NAZI medicine and behavioral science studies. Julian Assange spent a minimum of 3 years as a child, immersed in the Hamilton-Byrne cult.

And regardless of this factual history in Assange’s background, whether one might wish to disregard it altogether, it DOES happen there is the occasional agent’s mission, and sometimes the agent himself must be terminated for having so stressed a mentality the ‘lie’ can no longer be maintained, the ‘lie’ has become altogether too ‘real’ or in effect a mental illness compromising their cover and mission, or that is to say when the lie is become the agents reality:

Since I’d written the original article, Bradley Manning’s defense attorney has unearthed a report by government concluding little to no damage had been done to national security by the WikiLeaks ‘cables’ release, no surprise to me at all. Manning is simply a pawn and a dupe who’d been provided opportunity to leak by sociopaths who’d hoped with crossed fingers that someone would take the bait. What has the WikiLeaks operation accomplished? Without a doubt the necessary propaganda platform justifying cracking down on whistle-blowers, and strengthening state secrecy laws at the price of civil liberties and real press freedoms. Where does WikiLeaks champion Daniel Ellsberg fit into this? Robert Mueller, the United States Department of Justice attorney who allowed the largest criminal enterprise investigation in law enforcement history to fold with minimal prosecutions,  has been the George W Bush appointed FBI Director for this past ten full years.

Mueller was FBI Director when Alberto Gonzales was appointed Attorney General. Attorney General Gonzales, employed by a firm representing Novation Corp prior to his appointment, promptly moved to break up a Department of Justice five member team investigating crimes at Novation. Two investigators, Thelma Colbert and Shannon Ross, suddenly were dead. The other three? One fired, one resigned, and one [must presume the snitch] reassigned. The Novation investigation had been quashed.

The sudden ‘coincidence’ of two ‘natural’ deaths of DoJ investigators could be passed off as just that, ‘coincidence’, were it not for the fact those deaths attended breaking up a team of investigators coming too close to  their new boss.

It’s not everyday spy services come under scrutiny for poisonings, in a world of tit for tat clandestine assassination, it is a subject of taboo and denial. But time to time this cowardly habit of surreptitious murders, often mimicking inexplicable but natural seeming deaths, breaks into the open. In the case of the [now dead] investigators pursuing crimes at Novation, one need look no farther than the connection to a former CIA Director named George Herbert Walker Bush whose son Jeb is closely associated with the criminal enterprise subject to the investigation shut down by Attorney General Gonzales.

Now, some might say ‘this is all a bit of wonderful speculation’ based on a remarkable string of coincidence, and I have no problem with that, because this is all about painting a larger portrait of impunity and murders ordered from on high, and we are working to arrive at ‘the preponderance of the evidence.’ It follows, we should now examine a R.I.C.O. slam dunk case of ‘the chickens come home to roost’ to quote an expression used by Malcolm X.

Present Attorney General Eric Holder and current FBI Director Robert Mueller were colleagues at the District of Columbia United States Attorney’s office, Mueller in charge of homicides division, about the time Bush buddy [billionaire] Carl Lindner was getting himself in big trouble over his Chiquita Corporation having provided $1.7 million in cash (and machine guns) to the right wing AUC para-military death squads in a mass murder operation run from Alvaro Uribe’s ranch in Columbia.

Holder was promoted to Deputy Attorney General, a position from which he was later able to influence [in private practice, representing Chiquita] a legal circumstance that would protect the Chiquita corporate executives from ‘murder for hire’ charges under the R.I.C.O statute. The identities of the Chiquita culprits have been sealed in the arrangement put together by Holder, effectively handing a ‘get out of jail free’ card to people who could and should have been prosecuted for murder.

“Holder himself, using his influence as former deputy attorney general under the Clinton Administration, helped to negotiate Chiquita’s sweeheart deal with the Justice Department in the criminal case against Chiquita. Under this deal, no Chiquita official received any jail time. Indeed, the identity of the key officials involved in the assistance to the paramilitaries were kept under seal and confidential”

Carl Lindner’s reputation as a owner, is that of a ‘hands on’ management style. A big Bush supporter and right wing extremist, it should come as no surprise the murderers who should have been convicted under R.I.C.O but are protected by Holder at the Department of Justice instead, were responsible for the deaths of some 4,000 people on the political left, people sympathetic to unions and a fair wage and that simply was not good for Chiquita’s profit line. That the AUC para-militaries were invested in the cocaine trade and vector with CIA operatives, is simply par for the course.

“But Uribe, since he first ran for office, has also been dogged by the fact that paramilitary groups grew dramatically during his term as governor in the northwestern state of Antioquia, from 1995 to 1997. During that time, he helped spearhead the creation of Convivirs, legal vigilante groups. Some were later denounced for having morphed into paramilitary death squads or for serving as fronts for paramilitary warlords”

“As the result of investigations that began in 2006, 32 members of [the Colombian] Congress have been arrested and about 30 others are being formally investigated for ties to paramilitary groups that killed thousands of civilians, infiltrated state institutions and trafficked cocaine to the United States” [see 5, & 6 Uribe/AUC linked articles]

I expect it is fair to state, that when the people who possess tools such as the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act, under which it had been their responsibility these persistent murders should be prosecuted, rather bury the cases and shelve the law instead, all the while looking the other way when investigators deaths shield their boss and friends and friends family from prosecutions, and the beneficiaries of these cover-ups are consistently ultra-conservative multi-national corporate billionaires with intelligence agency, right wing para-military death squad and narcotics trafficking ties, one can begin to make a case for law enforcement and intelligence agencies being little more than enforcers for religious extremist board directors, at the pinnacles of capitalism. Of course, this is all just fine if Jesus approves, correct? Some of us don’t think so.

When narcissism is coupled to power, and we have seen this throughout the history of Western culture, the people who determine for societies what will be moral or, ethically acceptable behaviors, are the people least likely to grasp their own moral or ethical inversions. And there is little one person or any one group of persons can do with multi-billion of dollars or more in pocket, except to impact many peoples lives. Or the lives of entire nations and history.

Fifty years after the fact, several eye witness describe the shooting down of Dag Hammarskjöld’s plane in the Congo and the evidence squarely points to intelligence agencies taking their instructions from corporate board rooms concerned with mineral deposits and American/British mining conglomerates interests in profits over peace.

In the ensuing years, in Africa, corrupt dictators and fake democracies have bent over backwards to please those mining conglomerates. As the actions of multi-national corporations are necessarily concerned with geo-politics and go where the action [money] is, it cannot come as a surprise that, with the folding of the Soviet Union, these non-living legal entities sitting on mountains of cash, would move on and push into Central Asia, where Azerbaijan is a poster child for hosting a who’s who of criminal personalities as evidenced in the composition of the United States-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce:

Given the personalities above, all board director level multi-national corporate personages, sitting together with Azerbaijan’s most powerful banker, one cannot be surprised the Pentagon would have, by bringing in the United States Geological Survey, wet their pants with glee in the person of the now CIA Director David Patreaus, over the one trillion dollar raw minerals assay in Afghanistan:

“There is stunning potential here,” Gen. David H. Petraeus, commander of the United States Central Command, said in an interview on Saturday. “There are a lot of ifs, of course, but I think potentially it is hugely significant”

A trillion dollars is a lot of money to corrupt and murder for. With a history of covering up epidemic rape, and murder of women troops disguised as soldier ‘suicide’ related to corruption in his command structure, General Patreaus is the perfect [extremist] ‘Christian Soldier’ to head up the CIA and stay on top of the job..

..which brings us to the professional killers ‘LOS ZETAS’

The CIA has a long history of using Christian missionaries as ‘assets’, which the agency both admits and denies. They admit they’ve done it in the past and deny they do it now. Coincidental to this, the drug cartel with professional commandos called ‘Los Zetas’ or ‘the crazy ones’ trace their exceptional military skills to a hotbed of Christian zealotry: Fort Bragg, North Carolina and the Special Forces that originally trained them in a CIA associated program. This coincide with drug cartels adopting what had been fringe White extremist Christian theology and literature more commonly found in the circles of Rick Perry and the lunatic religious right.

Now, with a Los Zetas breakaway group [they multiply like amoebas] named “The Knights Templar” the Matrix now returns us to Erik Prince and Blackwater, which the Nation has kindly provided us with Federal Court transcripts [excerpt] detailing a very ‘Catholic’ medieval theology:

“Erik Prince, may have murdered or facilitated the murder of individuals who were cooperating with federal authorities investigating the company. The former employee also alleges that Prince “views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe,” and that Prince’s companies “encouraged and rewarded the destruction of Iraqi life

“”Using his various companies, [Prince] procured and distributed various weapons, including unlawful weapons such as sawed off semi-automatic machine guns with silencers, through unlawful channels of distribution

“Mr. Prince intentionally deployed to Iraq certain men who shared his vision of Christian supremacy, knowing and wanting these men to take every available opportunity to murder Iraqis. Many of these men used call signs based on the Knights of the Templar, the warriors who fought the Crusades”

What do ‘The Knights Templars’ [nee Zetas] and Eric Prince have in common? Special Operations Forces training & arms trafficking, Knights Templar Christian identity tied to incredibly indiscriminate and wanton murder, for certain, and likely narcotics trafficking on the part of Prince as well, via his [now divested] Blackwater ‘worldwide’ aviation. This is real globalization, folks.

Just a bit more on the Erik Prince criminal enterprise:

The CIA admits [a pet project of Dick Cheney] it hired Blackwater to create a worldwide assassination program but out of the other side of its mouth, the agency denies it was ever employed:

“U.S. officials familiar with the targeted-killing program said that Blackwater’s involvement was limited in scope and duration, and that the arrangement ended several years before CIA Director Leon E. Panetta killed the program two months ago.

“The program was kept secret from Congress for nearly eight years before Panetta told lawmakers about it in June. CIA officials have emphasized that the program was never operational and that it did not lead to the capture or killing of a single terrorism suspect”

But that’s not what Seymour Hersh had to say:

“the Central Intelligence Agency was very deeply involved in domestic activities against people they thought to be enemies of the state. Without any legal authority for it. They haven’t been called on it yet. That does happen.

“Right now, today, there was a story in the New York Times that if you read it carefully mentioned something known as the Joint Special Operations Command — JSOC it’s called. It is a special wing of our special operations community that is set up independently. They do not report to anybody, except in the Bush-Cheney days, they reported directly to the Cheney office. They did not report to the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff or to Mr. [Robert] Gates, the secretary of defense. They reported directly to him.

“Congress has no oversight of it. It’s an executive assassination ring essentially, and it’s been going on and on and on. Just today in the Times there was a story that its leaders, a three star admiral named [William H.] McRaven, ordered a stop to it because there were so many collateral deaths.

“Under President Bush’s authority, they’ve been going into countries, not talking to the ambassador or the CIA station chief, and finding people on a list and executing them and leaving. That’s been going on, in the name of all of us”

Where is Erik Prince these days? Running a ‘Christians only’ mercenary force for a USA ally in the Emirates, with mercenaries hired out of Colombia and the Prince legacy goes on.

So, where does Tea Party darling Rick Perry fit into the cartel wars on our border? Why, it would appear he is ordering his Texas Department of Public Safety not to investigate judges, bankers and politicians (himself) taking Los Zetas money and attending Los Zetas parties.

“”We .. had information on campaign fundraisers and parties in La Union that the cartel held for officials from New Mexico and El Paso. A lot of important people were at those parties, such as bankers, judges, and law enforcement officers.

“Dutton and Gonzales said small aircraft regularly drop drug loads on ranches or other properties along the U.S.-Mexico border, and that some U.S. law officers escort the loads to the next stop.

“The two whistle-blowers said that drug cartels have managed to obtain computer access codes to U.S. surveillance systems that let them see where and when Border Patrol agents are monitoring the border.

“They also alleged that drug cartels have given big donations to politicians, which are unreported, to influence appointments of key law enforcement officers.

“Some of these allegations were contained in a letter that Dutton provided to Gov. Rick Perry, who is seeking the Republican Party’s nomination for president in the 2012 election.

“Our office received the letter and referred it to the appropriate agency, which was the Department of Public Safety,” Josh Havens, a spokesman for the Texas governor’s office, said last Friday.

“Steven McCraw, director of the Texas Department of Public Safety and a former FBI agent from El Paso, said last Friday that he was interested in talking to Dutton. Then, about a half-hour later, McCraw said that Dutton had no credibility.

“We looked into it and there was nothing there,” McCraw said. Dutton said in response, “How can they say there was nothing when they didn’t even look at what I have?” Dutton said he has videos, telephone records, and other documents gathered over the 18 months he worked with the FBI. “The DPS never asked to see any of it,” Dutton said

“Dutton said other informants told him that the Zetas drug cartel has a high-level member in Las Cruces whose wife holds a non-law enforcement job in the “DA’s office,” referring to the Doña Ana County District Attorney’s Office. “The FBI was provided with all this information, and I guess that’s why they’re now saying that we’re crazy,” Dutton said.

What did Chris Farrell, director of investigations at Judicial Watch have to say?

“Law enforcement should investigate”

Huh? Well, I guess flipping the problem back into the laps of the former undercover agents who CANNOT get either the Federal authorities (FBI) or the State authorities (Texas Departments of Public Safety) to investigate, should be no surprise coming from this guy:

“Chris is a native of Long Island, New York. He was a Distinguished Military Graduate from Fordham University with a B.A. in History, whereupon he accepted a Regular Army Commission and served as a Military Intelligence Officer – specializing in Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence. Chris is a graduate of the Military Intelligence Officers Basic and Advanced Courses, the U.S. Army Advanced Counterintelligence Training Course, the Combined Arms Services Staff School of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Military Operations Training Course, and the Haus Rissen Institut für Politik und Wirtschaft in Hamburg, Germany.

He has pursued additional graduate studies in National Security Studies, specializing in unconventional warfare and terrorism. Following command and staff assignments that included three tours of duty in the Federal Republic of Germany, and one tour at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, Chris returned to civilian life as a contractor to the defense and intelligence communities. He also provided management and training consulting services to non-profit organizations, and was active in the establishment of a small, private, co-ed Christian high school where he both taught and served as director”

And the two REALLY big time extremist Christian/Rick Perry fans/Tea Party funders? Billionaire industrialists the Koch [pronounced ‘cock’] Brothers? Now, the Matrix brings us via the Tea Party to Iran:

“Koch Industries has spent more than $50 million to lobby in Washington since 2006, according to the Center for Responsive Politic. The brothers have backed a foundation that has trained thousands of Tea Party activists

“Internal company records show that Koch Industries used its foreign subsidiary to sidestep a U.S. trade ban barring American companies from selling materials to Iran. Koch-Glitsch offices in Germany and Italy continued selling to Iran until as recently as 2007, the records show.

And just as quick as you could read the preceding segment, the FBI [via the Matrix] and Iran brings us to the cartel wars on the Texas border, connecting the dots concerning two recent big ‘terror’ busts by the FBI involving a loser who could not competently chew gum and tie his shoes in the same moment (model airplane bomber) or in the case of the recent so-called Iranian assassination plot, could not get it together to wear matched socks:

“His socks would not match,” said Tom Hosseini, a former college roommate and friend. “He was always losing his keys and his cellphone. He was not capable of carrying out this plan”

We have a ten years history of the FBI creating terror plots and pitching them to fools, losers, the disaffected, and the young and impressionable. Why wouldn’t our other intelligence agencies adopt the modus operandi? The former top Middle East analyst for the Defense Intelligence Agency point blank makes the case:

“Why on earth would they create a situation in which they had to rely on this untested, untrained, unguided, and uncontrolled asset rather than their own people?” wrote Col. Pat Lang (ret.), the Defense Intelligence Agency’s former top Middle East and South Asia analyst on his Sic Semper Tyrannis blog.

Calling the government’s case “trash”, Lang added that, “The overwhelming likelihood is that this is someone’s ‘information operation’ intended to condition public attitudes for some purpose.” [see 2, 3, 4 & 5 FBI created terror plot linked articles]

So, while we all have been distracted with domestic and border ‘terror’ created in both fantasy and reality by our own agencies, what is up back in Afghanistan?

The Russians had given the precise details on the location of 150 heroin processing labs in Afghanistan to drug investigators and the American military commanders stonewalled [delayed] any action against those labs for months on end.

How do you suppose Robert Gates and General Patreaus managed to bring all of the heroin out of Afghanistan? You can hear Patreaus telling Gates right here:

“You brought a bigger plane than usual”

The most interesting part of this psyco-social drama (to me) in this sordid circumstance of mass murder in humanity, is the lie of color. Herein is the phenomena of a liberal-racist social perception that determines when a man is ½ Black, it is absolutely determined he is Black. Not ½ White, and most certainly not White, but Black.

The narcissistic, privileged, WHITE Constitutional Law Professor Obama, a man who had no grounding in his youth, no family stability, no solid, principled or ethical male role model in a father’s role and never had to learn to think on his feet to survive, rather had his reality shaped by a single White mother who might have more realistically told Obama ‘you can grow up to be the worst possible President of the United States.’ This man without principled ethics, is the perfect Manchurian candidate in a social sense, when surrounded by career/habitual criminals in the form of advisors. A narcissist who cannot think on his feet only need be provided a range of criminal options and be allowed to believe he is ‘the man’ while feeding his ego, and he will think he is calling the shots.

Obama is a man who will never think independently, bravely, for you, for me or for any peoples on this planet, in any sense of wider survival. Simply summed up, Obama has no solid convictions rooted in social depth perception. Surrounded by criminal personalities, Barack Obama is no more fit to lead than Richard Nixon or George W Bush. In fact he is worse, if only because Obama hasn’t the career criminal’s honed sense of self-restraint, also known as a survival instinct. Meanwhile, career criminals Attorney General Holder, FBI Director Mueller and CIA Director Patreaus et al, are the ‘Worm Tongues’ whispering lies in the ear of our president. I wouldn’t even want to think about Hillary Clinton, her crimes could fill a library.

There is a long and consistent history of strong circumstantial evidence amassed in the public domain, evidence enough to support an overwhelming American civil law ‘preponderance of the evidence’ burden of proof, pointing to military/industrial associated spy services and associated professional para-military contractors as organized crime cartels precisely meeting the definition of RICO or “Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations.”

What has definitively happened since 1970, and particularly since September 2001, has been a government agency sanctioned and run amok murder ring, with attending insanity where caution and restraint has been thrown to the wind. This fact, combined with a ‘security’ apparatus which has grown to gargantuan proportions, can no longer conceal what has become a criminal enterprise, comprising religious extremist politicians,  top military brass who happen to be the politicians’ allied Christian fanatics, coupled with extremist professional corporate mercenaries largely staffed by former spooks and military special operations veterans euphemistically known as ‘contractors.’

These, and the leadership of spy agencies and law enforcement agencies all vector with and ultimately converge on the most powerful players in American politics, whether right wing multi-national corporate billionaires, former CIA Directors, some of whom have become congressmen, and the past and current Attorney General and present FBI Director that protect them.

First as a soldier, then investigator and now as a journalist, my experience has taught me to keep a longstanding and healthy mistrust of intelligence agencies. This began with eye-witnessing CIA personnel (via Air America) trafficking in heroin on a large scale in Vietnam.

Following Vietnam, there was another large CIA associated trafficking operation tied to Iran Contra. Fast forwarding to 2010, one of those Iran-Contra players had a ‘private’ CIA operating in Afghanistan, run by an Air Force contractor named Michael Furlong The New York Times had reported.

Some 40 days after this story broke, we see this:

“Defense Secretary Robert Gates has opened an inquiry into whether civilian Department of Defense (Air Force) employee Michael Furlong had “violated rules” by using his position inside a highly secured military facility to coordinate a secret, unauthorized spy ring employing private contractors, to include convicted Iran-Contra CIA operative Duane ‘Dewey’ Clarridge.”

By waiting 40 days since this had spilled, Robert Gates had given damage control in this affair ample time to meet, plan, erase tracks, create false leads, and destroy evidence.

Throughout his series, the New York Times reporter neglects to mention Robert Gates is also an Iran-Contra figure, investigated by prosecutor Lawrence Walsh who stated:

“By October, when Gates claimed he first remembered hearing of the diversion, Casey ordered an inquiry and later made a report to Poindexter; but, by then, the Hasenfus aircraft had been shot down and Casey and Gates were beginning to cover”

This “Hasenfus aircraft” had been tied to narcotics smuggling, related murders, including murders of American citizens within the United States, not only arms trafficking during the Iran-Contra operations (Hasenfus was shot down while supplying arms to Contra rebels.)

The use of ‘hires’ had followed on the CIA forced to divest itself of Air America by Congress in the 1970s, and is when ‘former’ CIA operatives moved over to ‘contracting’ to fill the void for the CIA. It was during this period of covering up Iran-Contra, when existing air operations were ‘hot’, the CIA took advantage of its long affiliation with the United States Forest Service as a cover, to open a new avenue and access to aircraft that could not be associated with operations tied to the USA government and the Department of Defense operations and the CIA particularly. Again, there were strong allegations of arms trafficking ties to narcotics.

It was in this new post Air America scene of using contractors, that things began to unravel for the criminal ring that has hijacked the CIA’s operational division. In a world of hotshot cowboys, there is the problem of some people attracted to the work have ethics. Now, with a covert program where military C-130 cargo planes were shell gamed to CIA contractors under cover of a Forest Service/Department of Defense surplus aircraft program (ostensibly intended to support firefighting) a tenacious whistle blower who knows how the agency works and access to information, nearly blew the lid off. But with adroit jockeying, the CIA, just barely, managed to escape the ensuing investigations that removed a Forest Service Chief, into planes that supposedly used for firefighting almost certainly were running guns and narcotics.

Fast forward to 2005 and you find Gulf Stream jets used in the CIA renditions are passing through the hands of known CIA assets, to cartel traffickers, one had crashed in Mexico carrying 4 tons of Cocaine as noted in the narco-sphere news:

“the Gulfstream II was purchased less than two weeks before it crashed in Mexico by a duo that included a U.S. government operative who allegedly had done past contract work for a variety of US law enforcement and intelligence agencies, according to a known CIA asset (Baruch Vega) who is identified as such in public court records. The four tons of cocaine onboard of the Gulfstream II at the time of its crash landing, according Vega, was purchased in Colombia via a syndicate that included a Colombian narco-trafficker named Nelson Urrego, who, according to Panamanian press reports and Vega, is a U.S. government (CIA) asset”

By 2010, military contractor aviation has become multi-hundred million dollar business, flying around the world on contracts to the Department of State which had provided cover of diplomatic immunity to renditions flights.

Back to Furlong. With an undetermined source of funding, and no knowledge of who supervises his work and who in the military chain of command might be involved, Furlong had hired private security companies [military contractors] employing former Special Operations Forces and CIA Agents to spy and assassinate. Furlong was working out of the United States Air Force Strategic Command complex requiring highest security clearance, in a program in close association with the highest levels in the Central Command and the Pentagon. There had been red flags raised by the Furlong operation since late 2009.

A military intelligence specialist, Furlong’s past operations have been in the Balkans, a central area of European organized crime and contract murder. His Balkans ties points to possible Air Force or military links to narcotics trafficking and assassination or contract murders in Europe.

Furlong’s supposed ‘real’ work was in a social psychology intelligence program designed to enhance pacification efforts. His ‘possibly rogue’ operation, a presumption his military supervisors might not have been aware of what he was up to, is laughable, considering the security level and scrutiny required where Furlong worked.

The now known operation coordinated by Furlong employed International Media Ventures, run by veterans of General McChrystal’s Special Operations forces, American International Security, run by a former Green Beret, and most interestingly, as we have seen, a company belonging to Duane ‘Dewey’ Clarridge, a former top CIA official with close ties to Robert Gates and Iran-Contra and utilized by the FBI in Afghanistan, following this debacle.

Not only did Gates wait well over a month to “open an inquiry” to see whether “rules were violated” (notice contract murder is suddenly a mere ‘rules violation’ and that is what Furlong was ultimately slapped with) but look at the following intelligence our brilliant U.S. Military had left out in plain view on the web, bragging Furlong’s credentials.

“Michael D. “Mike” Furlong, a Senior Level executive, is the Strategic Planner and Technology Integration Adviser, Joint Information Operations Warfare Command, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. Mr. Furlong analyzes national and combatant command-level information operations requirements and develops strategic information plans. He assists with integrating COCOM IO plans with U.S. government interagency strategic communication plans; assesses the effectiveness of those plans and makes recommendations to refine them; and surveys relevant commercial technology to develop programs to meet the IO capability requirements of the IO community.”

Translated to sensible civilian terms, Furlong ostensibly created or improved apparatus related to information gathering and sharing, seemingly innocous enough, however keep in mind his job description indicates he has access to our CIA and military intelligence top secret “inter-agency” networking [improving and/or integrating, that is his job cover according to the government] which makes his Pentagon provided cover of developing social information to improve our military’s community building relationship to Afghan civilians a bit like disinformation.
