The progressive blogosphere is buzz-buzz-buzzing with the news that Mr. George Zimmerman has finally been arrested for killing Mr. Trayvon Martin, and this is a VERY IMPORTANT story, because progressives can bitch-bitch-bitch about Zim & Tray, and what the fuck else do they ever do?

But if Trayvon Martin had been killed in yet another drive-by, it wouldn’t even make the news, because progressives can’t BITCH about drive-bys, and what the fuck else do they ever do?

Or is there a serious campaign to get handguns off the street, somewhere, anywhere?

No?

And why not, if so many progressives really really care about kids like Trayvon, and the thousands of others like him who get killed every year on the street, year after year after year after year after year after year after year?

In 2008 and 2009, gun homicide was the leading cause of death among black teenagers, and likewise for 2007 and 2006 and 2005 and 2004 and 2003 and so on.

Or maybe progressives don’t give a flying fuck about kids like Trayvon, and he’s nothing to them, except an excuse to bitch-bitch-bitch-bitch-bitch, and what the fuck else do they ever do?
