Tsar Bomba

One stick of dynamite is a cyclinder 8″ long and 1.25″ in diameter. It occupies 10 cubic inches of space, weighs 8 ounces, and comprises about the same explosive power as 13 ounces of TNT. A 40-foot semi-truck can haul about 60,000 pounds of dynamite, with the same explosive power as 100,000 pounds or 50 tons of TNT.

Suppose we represent a semi-truck hauling that much dynamite as one red pixel. Then we would need 1,000,000 red pixels to represent Tsar Bomba, the largest hydrogen bomb in the US-Russian arsenal, comprising the equivalent of 50 megatons (50 million tons) of TNT.

Every pixel represents a semi-truck crammed with 60,000 pounds of dynamite!
