Blame BP? Massive ‘Unusual’ Fish Kill Reported in Louisiana

What you are seeing is a massive fish kill in a Louisiana waterway.

Now some scholars might not see a connection to the BP Oil Gusher. But I certainly do.

The Gulf is known for its massive dead zones in which fish and other marine life cannot survive due to lack of oxygen. Before the BP Gulf Oil Gusher, the Gulf was already a dying ocean.

But it could be that the BP Gusher put the final nail in the coffin? Let’s hope not. Better yet, let’s do something to stop the death and the destruction in the Gulf.

Now massive fish kills are not unusual in a dying Gulf of Mexico. But reports are that this giant fish kill is unusual because of the size and that it involves all types of species of fish.

So BP in TV commercials is saying it won’t leave the Gulf until it gets the job done. It looks like they have done quite a job already. They should leave the Gulf, but only after they are done paying for all of the dying, oily mess.
