An attorney for the man convicted of Killing Senator Robert Kennedy says that new evidence proves his client was not the only shooter and that his client couldn’t have been the one to kill the Senator.
Attorney William Pepper discussed the new evidence with George Knapp recently on Coast to Coast AM.
Pepper is not some attorney looking for headlines in an open and shut assassination case. He has a history of proving a high profile conspiracy. Pepper represented Martin Luther King Jr.’s family in a civil trial in Memphis which proved there was a conspiracy that killed King.

House Select Committee Findings on Kennedy, King Assassinations–Conspiracy
Pepper tells Knapp that you probably never heard of the trial proving King was assassinated in a Conspiracy. He says that the press is highly controlled in the US and that intelligence operatives are working as reporters and editors. He says that famous Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein reported in 1978 that “there were over 400 intelligence agents ensconced in various positions” in the media.
New evidence, according to Pepper, has recently emerged that should lead to a new trial of Sirhan Sirhan. Pepper, however, is not optimistic that this new evidence will be considered by the judicial system.
Recent technology has made it possible for a forensic analysis of a recording made from a journalist at the time of the Senator Kennedy’s shooting.
Pepper says the tape reveals 13 shots were fired. Sirhan Sirhan’s gun could only fire 8 rounds. Also the tape reveals overlapping shots, meaning there were multiple guns involved Vibrations from the shooting captured on the recording indicate shots were fired from 2 directions, Pepper says.
Pepper asserts that previous statements from 12 witnesses recount that Sirhan Sirhan was always in front of Senator Kennedy, even though 4 shots came at the Senator from behind.
Sirhan Sirhan could have only gotten off 2 shots, according to Pepper. Sirhan’s attorney says those shots were not the ones that killed the Senator.
Pepper believes that Sirhan’s presence was merely a distraction at the shooting so that the real killer or killers could get away. According to a Harvard psychologist, Sirhan was a victim of “hypnoprogramming” in which Sirhan was programmed by hypnosis to appear at the assassination while also wiping clean his memory of the event.
Pepper says that there was also a fraud committed at the original trial. The bullet taken from Robert Kennedy’s neck was replaced with another one.
“I think we have an unsolved murder….and that is going to make a lot of people nervous,” Pepper says.
Pepper points out that it is not his job to prove who killed Senator Kennedy, but that the CIA was actively involved in hypnoprogramming at the time of Robert Kennedy’s assassination.

What do court orders mean?
Evidently not too much if the court goes against the corrupt Wall Street establishment that run America.
A sincere woman patriot thought that a court order would allow her and other protesters into the recently demolished “Occupy” Zuccotti Park. Instead the court order issued by a judge got her punched in the face by a police officer sworn to protect and defend the Constitution.
So who runs America?
It is not the 99%.

It seems rather odd.
After nearly a couple of months, local authorities decide to dismantle “Occupy” camps all over the country at about the same time.
Some of the largest of those camps were in New York, Oakland, Denver, and Portland. Within a matter of days of each other, officials in those cities ordered the police to tear down the camps and arrest the patriots peacefully assembling (according to their First Amendment Rights).
Supposedly the elected community leaders of each of these communities are responsible to their electorate and don’t take orders on how to run their local affairs from a National Security State apparatus.
But that is what they want you to believe.
Democracy in the US is an illusion. We can see the same type of treatment of peaceful protesters here in the US that you would see in any totalitarian state. As we saw throughout the Middle East, the police tried brutally repressive tactics to break up peaceful protest. This is what also has happened in Freedom Loving America.
So who is in charge of the attack on the “Occupy” Movement all over this country?
According to Attorney Dan Siegel, a top aid to the Oakland mayor that has recently resigned in protest over the treatment of Occupy Oakland, Wall Street ordered the crackdown through the use of their National Security apparatus.
“….Well, you know, it’s [inaudible] people around the country have made a decision to crack down on the Occupy movement. We’ve seen it, as you say, today in New York, yesterday in Oakland, over the weekend in Portland and Denver and other places. And clearly, this movement is striking a nerve, because it is so powerful. And it seems like there must be some coordination, perhaps at the level of national security and the fusion centers and so on, to put the word out to local police and politicians that it’s time to move against us. But, you know, at the same time, I think this will be a losing strategy. Every time they hit us, our movement grows stronger….“democracy now
Siegel warns, “The people who are working for these mayors and police and so on are doing Wall Street’s business for them, and we need to stand up against it.”
The recent unified crackdown on the Occupy Movement proves once again that elected officials are merely puppets of the Elite “Wall Street” Power Structure that owns this country.

….Buddhists worldwide watched with keen interest when His Holiness the Dalai Lama recently visited a Japanese city which was hit by the 9 magnitude earthquake earlier in the year. Sherab Woeser has reported for Phayul.com “The Dalai Lama braves radiation threat, Interacts with victims.”….examiner.com
So the Dalai Lama put himself at risk for a bit by visiting Fukushima.
But what about the people that must live there and are not being evacuated?
What about the children of Fukushima?
Did the Dalai Lama speak out in their defense to help save their lives?
No, instead the Dalai Lama took the opportunity in Tokyo to push for Nuclear Power.
…In a news conference in Tokyo, the Dalai Lama told his increasingly anti-nuclear hosts that nuclear power is an important solution for underdeveloped countries still grappling with basic energy poverty….grist.org
As I have reported before, the Dalai Lama is a religious puppet used by the ruling Elite and their private army (the CIA) to push for Just Wars, Globalization, and Bush Economics.

The Buddhist’s understand that we are all interconnected and that we must take responsibility for our actions and our lack of actions.
The Dalai is using his presence and his religious position to push an insanely dangerous system of power that is presently poisoning much of Japan. It is not enough that he has not spoken out against nuclear power in the past. Instead he takes the opportunity to push his handlers agenda of more Nukes in Japan and around the world.
The Dalai Lama’s actions not only go against good sense. They are extremely inhumane and unwise. This is not something that we should expect out of a figure that represents Buddhism to the world. But it goes to show that no religion is exempt from bad decisions of hypocritical, callous religious leaders.

The End Game and the End of Class Warfare
The propaganda being pushed by the corporatist talking heads in the managed, monopolized Media is that Occupy Wall Street is “Class Warfare.”
But the truth is that the Class Warfare has been going on well before Ronald Reagan was elected. Since the 70’s, there has been an attack on the American Middle Class and Working Poor.
This attack was put in overdrive with the fall of the Berlin Wall in the 90s. The Elite Corporatists knew that with the collapse of Communism, the people would have no place left to turn. Thus the competing economic systems were actually good for the American people. It meant that the people would be given a little more so that they would not decide to turn Red. But with the collapse, the Elites put their globalist agenda into full force.
Presently, as Alex Jones would say, we are witnessing the End Game.
The Game is to collapse the world economies and then make it easy for the Financial Elite to buy up the resources, infrastructure, and public services of various nations for pennies. Then there will only be a pretend system of nation states. But in reality, there will be a global system of Fascism in place.
We presently see the End Game playing out in Europe. Soon that same Game will be America’s fate. It is not a new Game, the Financial Elite have been playing the same scam on Third World Nations for decades. The trick is always to bankrupt Nations and then to tell those same countries that they have to sell their country’s wealth to the Elite Financial Fraudsters in order to continue borrowing.
In the end, the End Game will put an end to the Class Warfare the Elites have been waging for decades. What will be left is a system of Serfdom in which the Elites own everything, including our own conscience. The people will continue to call this “Freedom” because they have been conditioned not to know any better.

The ideal of continual growth for the financially powerful is presently killing the planet and dehumanizing people. This dominant Globalist/Capitalist economic ideal is not in accordance with the natural world. An Economist EF Schumacher sought to change this destructive economic belief with “Buddhist Economics”.
“Man is small, and, therefore, small is beautiful.”
Originally the title of a collection of essays published in 1973, the phrase neatly slots in amid the kind of business-speak it opposed. EF Schumacher sought to expose the flipside to glib mottos such as “growth is good” and “big is better”, questioning our obsession with economic growth and economic expansion…..guardian.co.uk
Schumacher successfully predicted that our obsession with growth would lead to the destruction of nature’s equilibrium.
Buddhist Economics offers a better way than the destructive capitalist growth model.
…Buddhist Economists believe that as long as work is considered a disutility for labourers and labourers a necessary evil for employers, true potential of the labourers and employers cannot be achieved. In such a situation, employees will always prefer income without employment and employers will always prefer output without employees. They feel that if the nature of work is truly appreciated and applied, it will be as important to the brain as food is to the body.It will nourish man and motivate him to do his best. According to them, goods should not be considered more important than people and consumption more important than creative activity. They feel that as a result of this, the focus shifts from the worker to the product of the work, the human to the subhuman, which is wrong.[3]
According to them, people are unable to feel liberated not because of wealth but because of their attachment to wealth. In the same way, they say that it is the craving for pleasurable baubles and not the enjoyment from them that holds humans back.[3]
Buddhist Economists do not believe in measuring the standard of living by the amount of consumption because according to them, obtaining maximum well being as a result of minimum consumption is more important than obtaining maximum well being from maximum consumption. Thus, they feel that the concept of being ‘better off’ because of greater levels of consumption is not a true measure of happiness.[3]
From the point of view of a Buddhist economist, the most rational way of economic life is being self sufficient and producing local resources for local needs and depending on imports and exports is uneconomic and justifiable only in a few cases and on a small scale. Thus, they believe in economic development, independent of foreign aid.[3]Buddhist Economics also gives importance to natural, renewable and non-renewable resources. They feel that non renewable resources should only be used when most needed and then also with utmost care, meticulously planning out its use. They believe that using them extravagantly is violent and not in keeping with the Buddhist belief of non violence. According to them, if the entire population relies on non renewable resources for their existence, they are behaving parasitically, preying on capital goods instead of income. Adding to this, they feel that this uneven distribution and ever increasing exploitation of natural resources will lead to violence between man.[3]
They also believe that satisfaction need not necessarily be felt only when something tangible is got back in return for giving something or something material is gained, as stated in modern economics. They say that the feeling of satisfaction can be achieved even when we part with something without getting anything tangible in return. An example is when we give presents to our loved one’s just because we want them to be happy.[2]
Buddhist Economists believe that production is a very misleading term. According to them, to produce something new, the old form has to be destroyed. Therefore, production and consumption become complimentary to each other. Taking this into consideration, they advocate non-production is certain cases because when you produce lesser of materialistic things, you reduce exploitation of the world’s resources and lead the life of a responsible and aware citizen.[2]….wikepedia

Some people think that it is not Capitalism that is the problem but Corporate Greed and the political puppets controlled by the Bankster Elite.
But people must function in systems, and if a system demands the dehumanization and abuse of the participants for profit then that system is the problem.
In short, Capitalism is the problem.
Capitalism is a system that requires the dehumanization and subjugation of “resources,” also known as people, for maximum profit. When capitalism is left unregulated and unrestricted then we get the abuses that we presently see in capitalist “globalization.”
So is the solution regulation?
Regulation is helpful but not the solution.
Unfortunately, the capitalist system always finds ways to thwart regulation. Instead a new system where social and humane principles take precedence over the power of money must be developed and implemented.
Activist Don Debar talks with Press TV about the root of the problem.
Press TV: Putting the issue of the specific demands of the protesters aside and how it is going to affect the movement, with things like big corporate profits and tax loopholes that have been raised in these protests, is the US even capable of changing that or meeting those demands without undermining the entire political and financial system of the country?
DeBar: Well, there’s something first of all, there’s noteworthy about the people that are at these occupations. And that is that they are not, you know at locations where people are organizing for the Obama campaign or the Republican campaign for next year, they are not within the usual structures of the, you know, political activity in the United States, you know they stepped out of it. So they have already committed in an act that says that they have no faith in those structures.
So the report that there is going to be a planned movement into the political system next year for the 2014 election, I don’t think that it is representative of the people that are involved in this whatsoever, just by their action.
With that said, to answer your question directly, the problem first off all isn’t the corruption of system of capitalism, but the system of capitalism itself, which necessarily leads to the concentration of power, political power, in places where capitalism has created a concentration of economic power. When you allow a winner to take it all the economic system, which is what capitalism is, then you create locations of power in the economy that translate into control over the political system.
So, in some places there are people that would say right now that they would be satisfied if they were to prosecute, like they would say for trial for example of Goldman Sachs at the Occupy Wall Street in Zuccotti Park occupation last Friday. You know, if you were to see these things happen in the public sphere, that these people would be satisfied. Two years from now they would be out protesting again, because whoever ends up stepping in Goldman Sachs shoes, which would be someone as long as the capitalist system exist. Then you would see a replication of the conditions that exists today, necessarily.
And so, unless and until there is an understanding among the people of this country that gets reflected in whether it’s the Occupy movement or you know some other you know broad-based political movement in the country that looks to capitalism as the culprit, and looks to the solution to that problem as the solution to their problems, then we are going to find ourselves back here and find ourselves facing more and more intensive crises, which may lead, I mean we are looking at wars again –the United States is saber rattling at Iran through Israel; you know all kinds of things going on in Europe, whether it is Greece, Italy, and Portugal.
Press TV: So are you saying that it is capitalism that is the problem here?
DeBar: Yes exactly. Without solving that problem, the other problems which are merely symptoms of that problem will continue to get replicated and they will grow more intensive as time goes on….press tv

As I have been reporting, the Fukushima Nuclear Nightmare is out of control. TEPCO hoped to get the reactors under control by early next year, according to their wishful roadmap.
However the situation there only appears to be growing more ominous. At least one of the reactors there recently has reached criticality again.

Tokyo – After an uncontrolled nuclear fission a few days ago, warns the German radiation expert Professor Edmund Lengfelder about further nuclear explosion in Fukushima.
“There is a spontaneous fission – because anything can happen, even if one says, it is not likely….
….In plain language: [xenon] can not originate from the meltdown in March. In Fukushima, it comes back to uncontrolled meltdowns.
Therefore Lengfelder compares the horror with a nuclear bomb in the mini-scale attacks and the operator: “Tepco is even further than previously claimed, away to get things under control.”….ene news

The Greek People May Still Get To Decide if They Want to Be Slaves to the Bankster Elite
It is not that the Globalists care about the Greek people. It is merely that they care that the Greek People may choose not to sell their country to Private Interests. The Greek People may also decide they don’t want a future as Debtor Slaves to those Private Interests.
Paul Craig Roberts also points out that Democracy in the West is a scam and a sham.
…Consider that the entire Western world is outraged that the Greek prime minister announced that he is going to permit the Greek people to decide their own fate instead of having it decided for them by a handful of banksters, politicians, and bureaucrats living it up at taxpayer expense at “talks” in the French resort of Cannes on the Mediterranean….
…The EU power brokers are outraged over the Greek prime minister’s departure from normal procedure. But the Greek PM is relying on the Greek people to approve the deal, and not without reason. The Greek people have been brainwashed for decades as to the importance of “being part of Europe.” That means being a member of the European Union. When the Greeks realize that voting down the bailout of the banksters means being thrown out of the European Union, which is what they will learn between now and the referendum, they will vote for the back room deal.Polls already indicate this. A poll for a Greek newspaper indicates that whereas 46% oppose the bailout, 70% favor staying in the EU, which the Greeks see as a life or death issue. If this poll is a reliable indicator, the Greek PM has made a brilliant political decision. The Greek people will vote in favor of what they have been protesting violently in the streets. As the Greek people will do themselves in, the politicians are off the hook. This is the bet that the Greek PM has placed.Whatever the outcome, keep in mind that the entire Western political and investor world was shocked that a politician, instead of simply imposing a back room deal, said he would let the people decide. Letting the people decide is a no-no in Western democracies….global research.ca
